Great back order follow up
My item was on back order initially. The rep followed up to find shipping date and qty. They followed up twice and then when the item came in, they gave me a heads up before the item sold out. Thank you!

Great support
I opted out for a product that was not in stock anywhere but in this very shop. I chatted with a support worker and was able to change the order to my preference. Thank you very much and have a pleasant day.

Wrong item send. No answer from the shop.
You send me a cover for helmet that is a different one from cover on your site. I need a cover that I ordered. And you don’t answer for my email.

Hello Oleksii,
sorry to read that you are not satisfied with our shop.
We did send you the correct helmet cover. On our website, the description clearly states that it is a cover without rear pouch and that it must be purchased separately. This is because Agilite also sells them to us separately.
You sent an e-mail to us on April 6. On April 7 at 10:27 am we sent you a reply back with the same explanation as above and a screenshot as proof. We proposed a commercial gesture of 10% off a rear pouch to you in that mail.
Please check your spam, the mail may have ended up there.
Regards,
AFMJ
