Reliable,approachable excellent service.
Ordered a replacement battery for my Dell laptop. Arrived on time as promised. Genuine replacement. Had issue when I had fitted the battery with flashing orange light on laptop. Rang and spoke to Rob who talked me through how to clear the issue. Excellent service. Nice to be able to speak to someone if there is a problem. Very happy. Would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

Rob emailed me with an update when necessary and made sure the delivery arrived before I was due to travel.
