This company is really the best. I ordered a battery and power supply for my Dell XPS laptop, slightly worried whether they would be cheap Chinese knockoffs and therefore not work (since i tried this already having sourced the parts from Amazon and eBay) but I'm so glad I took a chance with Black Cat PC. The items came next day which was amazingly quick! After installing the new battery and connecting the power supply I had a message come up just before booting that saying the power supply wasn't recognised, so I decide to request a refund. The very next day however I received a call from Rob to say that he thought my problem may not be the power supply but the actual power supply port on the laptop that needed replacing since it may be defective. I didn't think it was that but he sent the part to me for free!! I was so taken a back by this token of good faith I didn't believe it and just thought I'd count my losses and start saving for a new laptop. To my pleasant surprise Rob actually did send the power supply port connector in the post and I replaced the part and lonand behold, my laptop is working and my battery is now charging good as new. Who would have thought that something as small as a battery charging icon displaying 'charging' could bring so much joy!

Battery arrived on time but with missing part, however they’ve dealt with it in no time.

Will use again in the future for any Dell spare parts , recommend them for their customer service.

Their products are as advertised, very good quality at decent prices.

Battery for a Dell was despatched next working day. Appears to be working well holding it's charge.
There is a downside but as it is not the fault of Black Cat I haven't taken off a star.
I rarely get a delivery from DPD when promised and it was the same with the battery from Black Cat. Next day delivery was promised (and presumably paid for) but wasn't achieved, nor was it the day after!!

Black cat and you Rob were so knowledgeable and I chose you from the internet as you were a smaller independent company ..excellent . It was only DPD ‘s poorer effort at delivering ti the right house that was slightly disappointing but it was delivered promptly — your service your end very efficient.. Peter and carolyne

Got the help I needed via chat on the website. Really quick delivery. Battery had lots of packaging to protect it in transit. Very professional service.

There was a issue from my side as I didn't had given the right address which made it diificult to deliver the part, A representatiove from BlackCat kindly called me and told me they are sending part again.I would like to apologies for the mistake and thanks for helping me out with the product.

Clear instructions to find what I needed. Is a genuine dell part. Was cheaper than Dell (and 5% extra when discount code also added - total £13 cheaper). Arrived very safely packaged and will install later this week.

I bought a laptop charger from Amazon that broke after a week. I wanted one from a genuine Dell supplier. Black Cat PC guided me as to what to purchase and it arrived next day

Very quick turnaround time and the replacement battery works perfectly. Originally ordered one directly from Dell and its not arrived yet, that was 3 months ago and I'm still waiting on Dell. Go with these guys instead

I ordered from from Black Cat because the information regarding part numbers and models on their website gave me the confidence that I was ordering the right battery for my lap top. Delivered quickly,installed, after full charge with light use still showing 90% charge 4 days later. Previous battery was dead after 2 days. Happy!
