Black Cat is now our go to for Dell parts, providing genuine Dell parts at reasonable cost for any repairs we do, and where the Dell part is no longer available they have sourced a suitable replacement. Their service is excellent, with quick delivery and plenty of updates.

Professional and fast
I ordered a replacement battery from Black Cat for my Dell XPS15. They had it in stock, ordering was simple and - bonus - it was cheaper than if I’d ordered from Dell.
