Prompt response to faulty battery
I ordered a new battery for a very old Dell laptop which arrived very promptly. Unfortunately when I installed it it did not work, despite it being the correct model. I emailed Black Cat who responded with any apology straight away, gave me clear return instructions and refunded me immediately. Dell have discontinued this battery so they were not able to send me a replacement.

Cheaper and Quicker than Dell
Product was showing as in stock but quickly contacted by the owner to say that it would be slightly delayed. Only took an additional day to come into stock and then arrived the next day. Fraction of the price of ordering from Dell and dispatched far quicker - what's not to like?!

The power lead looks to be used
Power lead was clearly second had. Conversation with Black Cat PC and they were concerned that they had been supplied with a used item. It functions fine so I declined the offer of a replacement. I would still shop here again.

I don't usually bother leaving reviews but Black Cat PC were exceptional. Placed my order late at night on a Thursday with the free next day mon-fri delivery option. Dispatched first thing Friday morning and delivered on Saturday. Outstanding.
