Power bank advertised as capable of charging a laptop at 65W. Only outputs 45W. They should not be stocking drop shipped products. And they should not stock products that mislead and scam customers.

Battery clearly didn't come from China - arrived next day. Appears to be an OEM part, so expecting it to be good, unlike poor and potentially dangerous stuff advertised on ebay.

Matchless. Website does not do justice to the knowledge, help and stock that Black Cat demonstrated when I rang and asked how to identify the replacement charging port and charger for my 14 month old Dell laptop. The phone was answered promptly by someone who knew exactly which parts were which and talked me through some doubts I had and was generally reassuring that it was do-able as a DIY repair (Youtube videos). Free delivery really was next day, parts seemed to have the same labelling as Dell original equipment. Of course I could have got cheaper unlabelled parts off ebay or amazon from Chinese source, found they wouldn't fit/work, tried to return them, bought again etc etc.

When I called I was given straight forward advice and guidance on the product and told they would try and dispatch it later that night even though it was late afternoon.
The product was delivered at 10am the following day!!

I ordered a replacement battery over the weekend. It was despatched with tracking information on the monday and delivered Tuesday morning. Excellent service from start to finish

Very good service - laptop battery arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately DPD we’re too lazy to find our property and dumped it at a local shop - not the first time we have had issues with them; other couriers are more resilient and helpful.

Ordered 2 parts - Battery and Charging port. Got a call about 15 minutes later letting me know one of the parts wasn't in stock yet did they want me to cancel!

I rang because my laptop lead had departed it's earthly life. A phone call to Rob and the replacement was on it's way, and it arrived on my doorstep within 20 hours.
Plugged in and voila! the laptop charges. Fantstic service and an excellent price.

Be careful , I found two scam suppliers before finding this excellent company. This is a very professional company to buy from. Unlike many companies selling parts, I checked and found this company on Companies House, and on Gov.uk for VAT registration. I also phoned to check the product I thought I needed, very helpful. Sameday despatch was promised, and I received an email within the hour confirming despatch, with a Royal Mail tracking number to trace shipping. I also promptly received an email receipt from BlackcatPC , as well as Paypal. The part arrived next morning, well wrapped, clearly labelled, with a delivery note. The part is brand new, and has all the correct markings of my original (but dead) one. There was no seperate (or confusing) delivery charges. The price for the power supply and delivery was very good. The company was suprised when I rang to say thank you for excellent service, which is a shame, as excellent customer service is something to be highlighted, as their Trustpilot reviews show that.
