So helpful and comparatively cheaper, also, great to get dry and wet and litter all from one place!

The food is superb, both extremely healthy and delicious according to my two cats, it is also reasonably priced for the quality and free next day delivery is always a bonus, top notch customer service too.

Amazing customer service and the treats my cat loved as for the wet food my cat didn’t enjoy but didn’t go to waste as i feed it to stray cats. my cat dies for those treats and they go crazy for them. The litter is also good it clumps up well and the odour has reduced significantly. It’s sad my cat didn’t enjoy the food. definitely worth checking out though

Firstly I just want to thank the Fuzball Club team/owners for creating such an amazing brand catering to our fuzzbabies! I absolutely adore the packaging, very appealing & makes it so more apenjoyable to serve it to my little one.

I’m honestly so grateful, I can’t begin to express how pleased I really am! My ragdoll kitten boy was originally on a raw food diet since I brought him home from the breeders, so we continued with this.

He was okay at the start but as he was growing and his food intake was increasing, he began to be constipated constantly, which resulted in multiple trips to the vet. The vet did recommend we change his diet when we first took him in for his vaccines, but we thought we knew what was best for him 🥲

We had to put his health first as it was horrible watching him strain whenever he used his litter box. I then decided to research as many brands as I could from recommendations from a facebook group. Fuzzball was at the top of my list as it was one of the only brands which had the highest protein content on the market & I only want what is best for my little boy.

I started off with a trial box & he was very keen with all the flavours and seemed happy, always finished every meal, so I went ahead to place my first order and slowly transition him over the past month.

He is now finally fully transitioned to his new food from fuzzball and his health has improved massively!! He is no longer constipated & just seems so happy within himself, is always excited when he knows it’s dinner time & always looking forward to it.

I will also be transitioning him onto your dry food once he finishes his current one that hes on :)

I really hope and pray that your brand continues to grow and you receive the recognition you truly deserve. You should be proud of yourselves for all your hardwork. I couldn’t have asked for anything better for my little one. I will do my best to always recommend you guys in any way that I can to my friends and family.

If any pawrents out there are still unsure whether to try fuzzball out, please do not hesitate & please give them a chance.

I decided to try my boy bengal chase on fuzzball be cause he has, ultra refined tastes he was on untamed but I feel that fuzzball has a higher meat content and he loves this kind of food real chicken and fish but cooked he hates raw🙄I have know moved my other 2 cats onto this and they love it, it is a bit expensive but I order every 8 weeks and they are worth it, the customer service is second to non, first full order after the trial they sent me a free box of treats and a lovely hand written note to chase my boy bengal which I loved keep up the good work

Have bought several packs of freeze dried chicken treats now because my cats love them and they are excellent value for money when compared to thrive treats. Great for feeding as cubes or sprinkling over fussy eaters food. As there is currently only chicken and salmon on offer, I do hope other meats/fish are added for variety. Only drawback is the lip at the top of the tube which throws powdered remains everywhere. Still got the thumbs up though. Kal and Bowie thank you

I'm so impressed with the Fuzzball cat food subscription! The quality is exceptional—it's truly human-grade food that my two picky cats absolutely adore. My vet even mentioned how healthy and high-quality it looked, when I took my cat for her weight loss weigh in! Which gave me even more confidence buying this food. Its a relief to know that my babies are filling up on high quality food with 71% real fresh chicken & No tapioca or gross jelly just its own juices & oils. Not to drone on but it really does have outstanding real ingredients!!

The wet food is fantastic, with cans that genuinely look like & are , real chicken and tuna. They’ve thought of every type of diet, from low-fat options for sterilised cats to regular adult and kitten food, all of which my cats love. It’s rare to find a brand that pleases both of my fussy eaters, but Fuzzball nails it!

The branding is adorable, with little quotes and fun designs on the packaging that make it so fun to feed each time!! All recyclable btw. They even offer extras like freeze-dried salmon& chicken treats! Also tofu litter—brilliant , reasonably priced add ons.

The subscription is very flexible; I can change or pause it anytime, and delivery arrives in just a couple of days. The only suggestion I have is to add a small perk for subscription members, like free delivery or a monthly treat, to reward loyal customers given the premium price.

Overall, the value is fantastic for such high-quality food, and both my cats and I love it. Staff are always reply to emails with a friendly manner. Thank you, Fuzzball!

Love Fuzzball so far! All products seem quality, love the packaging, and the price is currently fair. Being a new brand there’s still a lot that can go wrong, but very impressed so far!

What can I say, super responsive when I need to get in touch and more importantly the highest whole meat content on the market.
Just need to convince me ma to make the switch then we're golden.

The kittens are loving this food. They have only recently moved onto kitten food, weren't so keen on other makes but this they are wolfing down. Would 100% recommend

Absolutely in love with this brand for my three fur babies! Wholesome A* food with no nasties. I love the tofu cat litter and find it better than any I’ve tried due to the bigger pieces making it easily more absorbed and clumpable! The chicken and salmon treats are their favourite and it’s good to know they’re guilt free and full of nutrition. A firm favourite in our house and a long time customer we will be!

absolutely incredible products!!! my cats are obsessed with the chicken treats - they really act like they'll die if i'm taking too slow to give them out. i'm going to be trying out the litter next :) fantastic customer service aswell! couldn't be better

My cat tigga loves fuzzball freeze dried treats , he runs whenever I shake the tube and he goes feral over it chasing me around. They are really good treats and the best thing is I don’t feel guilty giving him some everyday as they haven’t got any nasty sugars in. You can also use it as a topper aswell to sprinkle on their food to give it that extra nice crispy taste. My cat is a true fuzzball lover , will be repeat purchasing these freeze treats

Recently tried Fuzzball with my kittens. The food was amazing quality and went down a treat. The team at Fuzzball are absolutely amazing and always there to help with anything. This food is definitely the best quality on the market right now, with the best ingredients and most importantly a company that has cats best interests at heart.

Ola is a fussy but a hungry kitty. Finding her something good and priced properly and something she will actually eat that won't rot her teeth. I tried a lot of different brands and Ola likes a variety but this something she never got bored of. Keep up the good work!

My cats recently became Fuzzballers!! They’re so fussy yet they absolutely LOVE the food! Clean empty bowls for every single cat which is rare! I absolutely recommend the food! Go give it a try!!

I have been a happy customer for nearly a year, so believe I can now provide a reliable review.

The food is of high quality and it's one of the very few out there that my cat's sensitive digestive system responds well to.

The customer service is excellent and Eli goes above and beyond in responding to queries in a timely manner, making adjustments to the subscription and gathering feedback on the service and food.

Initially, I had a poor impression of the service due to how the website works:
- Taking details before I could see how much I would end up paying;
- The lack of flexibility in seeing all the products available and their prices;
- Not being able to fully customise my subscription.

However, the customer service has always addressed my requests promptly and efficiently, and this experience has remained consistent for almost a year. Therefore, any website shortcomings have been fully compensated for by the faster-than-average customer service (compared to other cat food subscriptions) and their ability to resolve any issues. For this reason, I feel that five stars are still warranted.

Additionally, the company asked for my feedback after I had been using Fuzzball for a while, which feels like they genuinely care about their customers and the level of service they provide.

I have tried their litter and it was excellent, but I felt the bags were a bit too small. The price was competitive for tofu litter, but I have since found more affordable alternatives with comparable performance (pea husk).

The shipping is fast and reliable - once my order is placed, I receive the parcel the next day with DPD.

It would be wonderful to see some extra variety in the wet food section. Turkey would be a very welcome addition. Sadly, my cat doesn't do well with fish, despite devouring it, so I can only feed it occasionally.

I can only wish that Fuzzball continues to grow and that other conscientious cat parents who want the best for their kitties give it a try - as I hope this company stays around for a long time.
