My cat absolutely loves the food by this brand would 100% recommend he is very healthy now :)

Loved the trial pack and have stayed with them ever since. My cats weren't keen on one flavour but their customer service were amazing and subbed it out of the orders going forward.

My cats have the healthiest coats overseen for a while and are obsessed with the fish treats!

Can't wait to see what this business does going forward.

There’s a lot I can say about this company but I’ll try and keep it short and sweet!

Firstly the customer service from this company is 10/10! I am always impressed with how lovely everyone is and how helpful they all are too! Customer service in my opinion is a heart of a business and to see them really appreciate their customers with my silly little questions, to adding more items in orders or even taking the time to listen to feedback and any ideas for future products, the team are just great!!

I found fuzzball from a Gus and Bella box in April and my cat Skye absolutely loved the food so I decided to buy a trial box from them which included litter , food and treats.

Since the trial box I have been getting 28 cans of food since the end of April alongside bags of the litter with the order. I don’t speak cat but as soon as I open a can of food , Skye is meowing and running to her food bowl! I have now changed my order so from January my cats entire month of food is just from fuzzball! We’ve just brought home a new kitten too, so we will be definitely looking at bringing food from fuzzball in for her too!

I do have to say along with the food, the litter is absolutely amazing! It doesn’t smell when they use it , it lasts a lot longer than most brands , clumps amazingly and the cherry on top is that it’s flushable! Which is an actual godsend for when she decides she needs to go for a poo early in the morning or just before we go to bed or even when it’s pouring it down outside - which is like 90% of the time 😂

I recommend fuzzball to any other cat parent, plus a subscription model is always very handy when you’re busy too!

Their customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They respond to messages promptly, and are always willing to help. Me and my fussy floof cloud are very happy with the food.

Fuzzball cat litter is the best thing ever. We will never use anything other then this product, clumps easily, odourless & easy to clean. I would recommend trying it to any cat parent as once you have used it you will never go back to using any other. I rate 5/5.

We’ve also subscribed to the treats which have gone down amazingly.

My cat really likes the food. I just worry feeding her this as she has a heart condition and it says to avoid with dextrose for heart disease when researching.

Great quality products at great value delivered to the door. What's not to like.

Our cats love the biscuits, which have a very high meat content and no fillers or nasties hidden away in the ingredients.

The tofu cat litter is also highly recommended - it clumps really well and as a by product, is very eco-friendly. It soaks everything up in seconds, you can easily see which bits to clean (unlike with paper litter) and is totally dust free. Amazing stuff!

I love how you can choose the flavours. My cat loves the food she is obsessed with it! But the litter isn't as good some of my cats refuse to use it. Great experience over all.

Amazing company !!!!….I have an extremely fussy Sphynx cat and have to be careful what I feed her ….the food from fuzzball is of high quality I’ve had no problems with tummy issues and as Cleo is so fussy there has never been any problems amending her food with customer service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED thank you FUZZBALL

Welcome pack comprehensive. Tinned food + chicken treats + small cat litter, but, my cat not so keen on the food so will have to stick with Untamed

The information about the products was well presented and the trial box arrived quickly. I (and my cat) were impressed with the canned food although I have not been able to persuade said cat to try the pellets. I have received my first month of the canned food and think it is much better quality than others that we have tried.

It’s good food my cat happy, services it’s great and helpful.
