Ordered not recieved and no response from support
Absolute mess of a company, preorder my FIFA 22 copy weeks in advance, received one email that it has been discharged, on day 7 from intended date of delivery, no sight of the order, and no response to emails, no other way to contact this sham of a company.
I will be giving it 7 more days as advised by my bank, then will dispute the transaction.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER from them to save a little money, not worth it.

Bad customer service above all
I've not received my Fifa 22 game despite ordering over 2 weeks in advance. I have contacted customer service numerous times with no response.
It's disappointing when there is no contact number, but if this is the case you should be responding to emails.
I would like to know the refund policy as it's been over 5 working days since it was "dispatched." In the past Royal Mail have had no issues delivering within 1-2 days, so why is it that with your service a great deal have experienced significant delays on a pre-release item?
Please provide some sort of response, as it's really upsetting not being able to gift someone as you'd planned, especially given it was a PRE-RELEASE item, and many other retailers have delivered in time

First time buyer, not again…
Pre ordered fifa 22 a month ago. Was emailed to be told it had been dispatched as first class on Wednesday. (Release date was a Friday). It’s Now Sunday and still nothing. You are not provided any tracking details so have no idea where it is, if it’s on its way or if it’s lost. I assume as it’s Sunday it will not be here until next week. Very disappointed in my first purchase here and only with a monumental act of customer service would I think of returning here.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered fifa 22 pre order, got a little worried as the price was much lower than other sites. I emailed the support email and received lovely emails back. My product arrived in pristine condition on the day of release. I would highly recommend Game byte and will be using them again soon

Definitely recommended.
First time buyer from here. I made an account, ordered Watch Dogs Legion early morning, it was despatched on the same day and arrived the following day. What’s the point in pre-ordering if you…
What’s the point in pre-ordering if you don’t get the game on day of release? So many people saying they got their Fifa 22 early. I’m sure I’m going to hear the excuse that it’s Royal Mail at fault but it’s simply not good enough. Other bigger providers are getting games out on time with tracking information I’ll stick with them next time. Small business mentality here, very unlikely to use again poor first impression.
