Customer service crap, much like many their social media isn't utilised so don't bother there. Email suggests up to 5 working days for a reply and only 9-5, which is laughable. Worse is that it actively discourages you to send more than one to follow up, there's no phone number and thus in my case where you've paid for an item and had no tracking info they're just sat on your cash

I ordered Pokémon Pearl on Switch here and was somewhat doubtful at first given the bad reviews; however it just arrived today right on release day!

Will be ordering from this company again!

I ordered the wrong game and contacted game byte by email. Within an hour they had cancelled and refunded my order and I then could order the correct game.

I accidentally ordered an Xbox game instead of a PS4. I sent it back and they have already within a few hours of having it returned, sent me an email saying they will refund. Quality feedback 👍. I have ordered the correct game from them

Ordered the new COD Vanguard
Supposedly dispatched on the 3 Nov.
It is now 11th November and still not received. For the sake of a few pounds i wish i bought elsewhere.
No response from emails. Paypal dispute is the next step unfortunately.

I was sent a damaged item all they did was blame hermes. It wasn't resolved! Disgusting service.

I preordered Battlefield 2042 from Gamebyte and had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances. However, customer service at Gamebyte have been wonderful at every question about beta or request for cancellation (shout out to Ella). Will definitely shop here in the future!

I recently preordered Jurassic Park Evolution 2 on the PS5 through GameByte and I’m incredibly impressed with the service provided. I had never heard or purchased from this company before but decided to give it ago since they were offering 7% off games when you sign up with them, something not many game companies do these days. The game arrived earlier than release which was brilliant and no issues with the game so really happy with this. Will defiantly use this company again over Game or Amazon.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews where people haven’t been able to get their game on release date. I preordered Vanguard early October and the game arrived this morning. Cheapest price around with getting the game on release date. Very happy.

I was a bit apprehensive about not using any of the big named retailers for the Call of Duty Vanguard preorder. I chose this site as it was the cheapest I could find and if you’re like me would quite happily take a bargain even if it meant getting it a after release day. The game comes out tomorrow and I have received it this morning which means I won’t be tailing behind any of my team who bought it digitally. Very very happy and I’ll certainly be using again.

Received my game but it didn't work I have contacted customer services no reply. Will change review if I get a good response......3 weeks later after posting the game to them two weeks ago still no refund. Please consider carefully before purchasing products from them. Finally got my refund after weeks of stalling on there side promised confirmation of receipt. I didn't get it not confident I would have got a refund for faulty goods if I didn't chase. I want to support small UK companies you guys have let the side down.

I recently gave a 1 star review due to the fact that I did not receive a pre-order until 3 days after the release date and without any tracking on the parcel. The customer service however was good and very helpful. Managed to get a refund fairly quickly after buying the game elsewhere.

Ordered a headset for my child from them , haven't recieved an email confirming order , stating a time frame of when product will arrive or any form of contact . Have emailed customer support and not heard back from them either , Not recieved product still after a week. Have ordered other things from other websites in mean time and recieved products within less than the time frame stated and have had contact .
