Even though there was an address error, i was able to get my order held at the post office so i could sign for it, the hops are awesome quality and now they are in my next beer recipe that i will be brewing!

The packing was way too big for the item sent, which was a waste of materials and more expensive shipping. Also the device needed a measuring tube to be able to use. Otherwise all is good.

This was my first purchase from this site. Everything went quite smooth, and I received the items I ordered in very reasonable time. The delivery price itself is a bit high, especially as I chose DHL to make sure there is package tracking available. I don't think ordering larger things would work for my location (regarding the price), but for a few yeast packages it was quite ok.
Will probably order again in the future.

We placed an order last Thursday Still have only received half.
Terrible service with DHL. Can only deliver 12-15 when everyone is working. Shipping is over priced and a hassle. I rang up ekolager and explained this so the changed address to my work. I get an SMS the next day that I have to ring DHL. So I spent 25 minutes waiting on the phone. And had to tell them myself when and where to deliver the remaining items.
When I place orders with other online businesses who use DHL I can choose the times that suit me. You need to look at your avtal as it is totally stupid to have home delivery 12 to 15 only when everyone is working. It's a hassle I don't need...
So I wasted 20 minutes ringing to ekolager and 30 minutes to DHL...lift your game!

Everything went well. I received the package couple of hours before I got an email containing shipment tracking information that the package was being delivered. No tracking before receiving a call to arrange delivery to my house.
