Great produce.

Order was correct and delivered quickly. The products are fantastic quality and very difficult to source elsewhere. You get what you pay for. Will be back

There were problems with the delivery…

There were problems with the delivery whihc meant i could not order and i spent over an hour sending various emails to the company and the matter was not resolved.
I usually have no problems with delivery to my address in central london. I was able to buy the same products at Brindisa without any problems. I will not use Jose Pizarro shop again

Couldn’t change delivery address

Couldn’t change delivery address , website wasn’t clear for the delivery address , no response to requests to change and no reply until lately when Andy been helpful chasing the totally useless delivery service- they don’t read their instructions on their website which very clearly said to leave the parcel in the lobby where every other courier managed to leave. I love your restaurants but massively disappointed with the hamper service

Don’t use the shop……

I bought a tasting hamper as a gift. The items were sat for two days at the courier depot so by the time the meats arrived they were not chilled at all. The packaging used (a thermal sleeve with no cooling matter) isn’t sufficient to sent fresh chilled goods.
The shop appears to be a one person operation and numerous phone calls and emails to all the email addresses on their website were not responded. I did get an email several days later with an apology. I’m waiting for a partial refund.
I wouldn’t use them again.
