Oh my quality! This is my first jersey EVER & of course it had to be Haaland’s but I’ve touched and seen many of them but the quality of this one is ridiculous! Breathable, flexible, and the colour is just perfect! Not to mention it fits perfectly, exactly how I wanted it! I live in Canada and I think it took no more than a week and a half to get here! I am so impressed with everything.. if you were thinking about getting a jersey or anything from Manchester City, this is your sign!!

Wrong size? No help.
I bought the wrong size jersey and contacted support immediately and they said there was nothing they could do. Absolutely nothing had happened, the jersey was still sitting in the same place in the warehouse, it would be trivially easy to stop the fullfillment and refund the money, but you don't allow your support team to help customers. Poor service, or rather, none at all.

My family is extremely disappointed…
My family is extremely disappointed with this purchase. The official logo WASHED OFF in the first wash. It was a birthday gift for my son and pretty much the only gift he received from me as it was not the most affordable shirt. He is embarrassed to wear it, as it looks like a knock off. I can send photos if needed.
