Have been using P2U app for some time since Lloyds closed. The app is truly rubbish. Not only do you have to trawl through unnecessary pages to place you NHS order but once you have done that the ap... See more

Hopelessly over complicated site and bad service
Transferred to this company when Lloyds Direct closed. Website is way over-complicated - it is not possible to resolve the simplest thing easily. My husband (I was termed his ‘carer’! - we didn’t know why) was constantly receiving incorrect reminders via my account - and so he decided to use our local pharmacy. The trouble I’ve had to get this across to P2U. Not a simple matter of closing account. No easy way to do this on line, by email or to contact anyone by phone. Nothing so simple - merely to option to supply details all over again and wait for a call back. Still suppose it keeps call centre staff in a job unneccessarily! I’ve deleted all his meds and hope this will solve problem. USELESS
No medication received
We used these once and this was enough..
We ordered.. but couldn't input payment details into the app so had to call.. that was stressful in its self. When spoke to them they said they ordered the meds and would be delivered.. nothing,, went back on app.. it had been deleted and money was back in my account. So called them again. NO unable to deliver those meds so just cancelled with no knowledge.. in the end we had our doctor trying to contact them for the prescription back. NEVER AGAIN.. Totally stressful..
Awful service
Awful service, takes days to send medication and have sent medication that requires a chilled temperature without a cold pack! Lloyds was much better than this.
Absolutely useless would not recommend
Absolutely useless would not recommend, stick with your local pharmacy more friendly and efficient. I put my prescription in on the Thursday didn't here from them for another week only for them to say order not in stock had to wait another 8 days but I needed important said item. Would not recommend support your local pharmacy or they will close.
We try to save on waste by creating more waste???
I used to get my medication from Lloyds direct and never had an issue. Now since they became part of this group it's been terrible. I used to get one of my medication in it's original box and a part box with no issue, now they take them out the original box and spread them into 6 boxes and cut up the blister packs into small 2 and 4 capsules packs.
So they have now increased waste boxes for no reason and someone has to spend time cutting up blister packs for no reason. Their reason is to save waste I was told. She didn't see how it was creating more waste of boxes and labour.
People wonder why the NHS is losing money, this is one reason. It's just mind boggling how stupid this is and I'm now looking to get my medication from somewhere else.
Reminder System totally inadequate
Reminder System totally inadequate, No previous Order date on some medication. Get someone in too write your IT Program as its crap. The previous provider, Lloyds had it sorted not complicated or difficult and giving the right information. Who Quality reviews your output before its put to public use, No-one I would guess.
Appalling service
Appalling service - ordered my prescription a month ago, it's been cancelled 3 times and delayed 4 times, I still have not received it. I had to arrange an emergency prescription as I had completely run out
As a previous customer of Lloyds
As a previous customer of Lloyds, my account was transferred to Pharmacy2u. Lloyds provided an excellent service, simple to use with straightforward reminders to order medication. The new system is far too complicated.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Never get reminders. Takes much longer for prescriptions to arrive than Lloyd’s direct. Not showing all prescriptions. Have to manually input some medications despite having previously ordered. Lloyd’s direct are far better and their app is much better than Pharmacy 2 U app.
I am a previous Lloyds Direct customer…
I am a previous Lloyds Direct customer which was taken over by Pharmacy2U and their reminder system is absolute rubbish. They need to take a good look at the excellent Lloyds website and consider changes. With Lloyds I never had to think about reordering tablets because they told me in good time, even if tablets were ordered every one or two months. With Pharmacy they seem to think that all your tablets are ordered at the same time. I just hate their website and will have to consider a different company.
Terrible unsafe practice!!!
Terrible unsafe practice!!!! I work in a GP practice and this pharmacy has left a patient without regular medication which is essential for the patient!! They have had the prescription for 2 weeks!! When you ring through they are not helpful and will not put you through to a manager!! I asked for the Superintendent pharmacist and got the answer back “we have many pharmacists”
Awful service!
Been a customer since pre Covid and…
Been a customer since pre Covid and until recently very happy in general, other than constant reminders to order when I do not need anything. However they use Royal Mail to deliver and recently this has been dreadful. Email the day before telling me to expect delivery by 3pm ….. no delivery ! Then another email saying the same for the next day. Total waste of 2 days sitting waiting for nothing. Shambles.
Please avoid!
For some reason, despite putting my HRT on a separate order with nothing else on it, I was made to pay the £20 for it (despite having a prepaid certificate and on the premise that I would get a refund). Two weeks on, I still have no refund. Sent a message via the chat/email and it took nearly a week for an answer, in the meantime I called, and the representative told me I would have to wait until the end of October and that it's the NHS's fault, which is not true.
This has never happened in the past and can only think it's due to the Pharmacy 2U takeover. I think this is ridiculous, it shouldn't take three weeks to refund someone.
As a result, this will be the last order made with Lloyds Direct/Pharmacy2U.
~£10 to sign up but nowhere to enter the code!
They say sign up for £10 off but there's nowhere to enter the code they send you. It does say 'express checkout with Paypal' but should I gamble and press it? It might take me back to the checkout page so I can enter my code but to me 'express checkout' means, I'll pay without getting my £10 off - and the reviews on here overwhelmingly say 'can't contact' so you know what? I'm not going to gamble my money - I'll just go to Boots and pay the little bit extra. If you don't sort this out on your checkout page you'll find hundreds of other customers doing the same. You deserve what you get if you can't even do a simple thing to look after your customers.
Terrible
All medicines in same white boxes with tiny writing. No reminders to reorder, Logging in to account hit or miss.
If you take several medicines impossible to keep track of deliveries and orders. Lloyd’s Dirct app worked much better. Pharmacy2U app needs redesigning to make it user friendly. Overall a terrible experience.
Unreliable
Three repeat prescription orders so far. The first started out with 5 items but one disappeared at some stage and had to be reordered. the second order for 5 items was fine. Of the most recent order for 5 items four have now disappeared. Will need to phone and find out what has happened. Does not inspire confidence, seriously considering ditching them and finding someone more reliable.
Really unreliable with messages giving…
Really unreliable with messages giving a day for delivery (not asked if this is suitable) and wait in all day and it isn't delivered. Nothing is written in stone with this company. Then when you get fed up with them, you have to CALL them to tell them you will no longer use them and you can sit on the end of the phone for far too long. Utter shambles
App is not user friendly
App is not user friendly, long winded way of ordering, dreadful packaging - my boxes are always crushed on arrival. Lloyds was much better. This lot are too stressful.
Please do not use!
If I could give this company no stars I seriously would.
I ordered the mounjaro injection from this company. They sent conformation of this and stated they day it would be delivered from royal mail.
On the day I get an email from royal mail to say this had been delivered-bizarre as noone was in to sign for it but thought maybe a neighbour had took it in.
When I looked properly the person who delivered took a photo of the package with my door in the background and put my name and a signature.
I checked my cupboard and knocked on neighbours doors to no avail. Royal mail suggested I wait for a few days as it may turn up. So after a few days I contacted pharmacy2u. At this point I was fed and decided to get the product elsewhere. I asked for a refund when they got back to me and said they can see GPS tracking but no other proof that this had been delivered as is usual with a photo of someone taking it in.
I was told in no uncertain terms that I would not get a refund and they could only send the product out that I ordered. They also asked me to send proof that I had got this elsewhere and then they may consider a refund but it wasn't guaranteed. I asked for proof that this parcel was delivered signed for by myself as the post person had put. GPS tracking without a photo that it was handed to someone in my property is not proof and so I will not be sending them any proof.
I work as a nurse for the NHS and I can honestly say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for NHS prescriptions or privately paid for ones. They are quick to take your money but do not care after the fact. I am shocked at royal mail though. Usually have no issues what so ever with them delivering but unfortunately this ocassion they failed
