It takes way too long for orders to ship to the US, I would be buying more RMFC merch if it weren't for that.

Shipping prices continue to go open for the products in the store. It is very expensive to ship to the USA. The mobile app needs some work because often times it fails to refresh.

I ordered special edition shirts with a long delivery time, when there hadn’t been any Update on the track & trace for some time i reached out to their support which answered after a week with a new track & trace, but found out it had been laying in a shop for over 2 weeks and where therefore sent back and now Real wont help me with sending the package again so I lost the opportunity to get the special edition shirt due to their mistake and they have done nothing to try and help

The website is misleading and hides 20% of the extra costs. It is not clear enough to notify buyers that when the package is received, the buyer needs to pay 20% of the cost of the product to cover extra customs duties. In my case, I was asked to pay 20% extra for the delivery office on top of the already costly item.

I had a decent experience with Real Madrid's customer service — they were polite and responsive. However, the logistics they use in Spain are absolutely awful. The courier service Ontime is TERRIBLE. Completely unreliable.

I will never order anything again through their official online store. I ordered a Modrić jersey — his last season at the club — and not only did the package get lost, but by the time I received a response, the jersey was no longer available on their website.

To make matters worse, it was meant to be a gift for my brother.

Honestly, this was a terrible experience and I’m extremely disappointed.

I ordered the new 2025/26 Strip for my Son’s birthday. My advice do not buy from Real Madrid Official Store - they have no returns process (by the way we weren’t looking to return but exchange for a larger size, as the sizing runs small with this strip vs other adidas strips) Disappointing but lesson learned - don’t make my mistake purchase elsewhere (also delivery is a nightmare)

I return the products that I bought and still waiting on a refund. Products were not what I expected they looked different in the website

The site everything I was looking for my son’s birthday. Both of my boys play and are big fans of the team! I’ll be ordering again! Shipping overseas was actually good! It didn’t take as long as I thought.

Shipping was fast and met my expectations. The new home jersey is an improvement over last years home jersey which was already a good jersey.

International shipping has gotten worse in the past year. They no longer send a email with a tracking link after you place an order. I have to email customer service to ask for my tracking number. I used to order and receive my items within 7 days. Now when I order I’ll receive my items in 2-3 weeks.

Items arrived very fast and packaged well.

To be honest to understand this you have to be a madrid fan and we are true fans we love the way and the easy customizations good job guys. Delivery is great always in time
