I have not received my item it’s been 3 months now

The order is delayed very, very much, and there is no warning that it will be delayed, nor an email that the shipment came from the store. Unfortunately, the experience is bad, knowing that for the sake of the Royal Club, I hope that the service improves.

Don’t buy this if in the USA I got hit with more than half my orders value in tarrif bill my order was 336 dollars and the tarrif bill was an extra 265 dollars

It was so rude of real Madrid that I spent $123 and received only 23 in refund for the itself damaged shirt. So disappointed first, with the shirt poor quality and then, about the refund policy.

Product is great, product arrived in time, staff is pleasant to work with.

The jersey I awesome but the number on the back looked like it wasn’t printed well on the back of the shirt. For over $200 usd I would not buy another jersey

It was a present for a young 10 year old fan in Guatemala. He was delighted when he saw it and hardly ever takes it off. It was a great success, thank you.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and as soon as I placed the order I called costumer service to try to switch sizes but the representative said it could not be done. I feel like that would’ve been an easy thing to do since the order had been placed minutes before I called. I always wanted an authentic Luka Modric jersey but never had the money to afford it. I ended up returning the jersey because the size wasn’t going to fit me.

Bought a Shirt on the US site paying local taxes

The shirt was sent directly to me from Spain without my knowledge nor approval and I suffered extremely heavy custom taxes ( 135% ) .

I called customer service who told me it was my problem and hanged up on me.

Worst possible experience

I tried to return a shirt that I bought and they didn’t want it I don’t know why but now I’m stuck with a shirt that is not good and it cost almost 300 dollars

The shirt arrived dirty.

I liked they responded but at times it seems it was taking forever

The arm patch for one of the jerseys was not on straight and was coming off. In addition, after one wash, one of the dots on top of the "U" for Rudiger came off. For authentic jerseys I would expect higher quality. Pretty disappointed with how much was spent and the poor quality that arrived.

I received my shirt but the champions league patch is falling off after using it one time.
I contacted customer service about a month ago and they said they would send a box to either replace the shirt or fix it, but to this day I have not gotten anything
