The shirt never arrived. I wrote to you and you recommended that I check with the carrier, but they never responded. Honestly, that's never happened before.

My thirteen year old daughter is a big Real Madrid fan, she finally earned enough allowance to buy a real Real Madrid Jersey. We ordered it and after 2 months of waiting we were told the item was lost. Than they told us we can't order this jersey anymore and refunded the money. The whole experience really hurt my daughter, she got her hopes up and Real Madrid store didn't remedy the situation.

Wonderful jersey, and delivered in great condition! I just wish I was provided a tracking number so that I could know when the product arrived.

Never received my order.

Last season I ordered Carvajal shirt and a lot of my friends wanted to get some for this season. I order 3 authentic shirts to have some variety, but never got my order. Been trying to reach customer service to get some sort of answers, but no luck.

My experience with this company was horrible, and I do not recommend them.

In early May, I purchased a shirt for over $160. The shipping took more than 15 days, and although it showed as delivered, I never received the shirt.

When I filed a complaint, I was told I had to wait until the shipping company returned the package to them before they could even consider processing a refund. I requested an immediate refund, but they asked me to wait three months.

That time has already passed, and I have received neither the shirt nor the refund. This is a complete lack of seriousness and responsibility.

I love how they packaged my jersey and the quality of it. Hala Madrid!!

Everything was great except that I would have liked to receive more information about when my package was being delivered. The delivery date was not made clear.
Other than that the material and print was great!

As a Real Madrid fan, I find products not sold in anywhere else and of great quality. I wish the prices and shipping cost would be lower for US orders

The items itself are fine but the way the order was processed is awful. It took them more than a month to process and deliver it

The best club in history and the best jerseys

Package took 2 months to arrive and it was delivered more than a month after the expected delivery date. Nobody was responding to my e-malls, terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I have received three shirts in a row with printing defects (two returned, the third also damaged). Over two months of waiting, poor quality control, and still no apology or goodwill from customer service. Very disappointing from a club like Real Madrid.
