Tried to get in contact with them over a return on a falsely ordered product. Did everything they asked me to do, after I sent my return requests they stopped responding. Can’t believe that a big brand like them treats their customer like this.

Today, 19 December 2025 I went to the offline store in Madrid and I bought 3 shirts and 1 cap but when i went to the bus and checked the receipt, the cashier charged me 25 euros extra for the things i didn’t buy and did not receive the things as well which consist of Foundation 10th anniv badge youth, UCL Youth starball 15, and FIFA intercont Champion 2024 Youth.
I cannot go back to the shop anymore so there is nothing i can do. Please help me on this.

Vini Jr third jersey
Product was great, authentic Vini third jersey. Sizing recommendations were accurate, size up if unsure as these kits fit snug. Shipping was less than desirable as I paid for expedited shipping and item arrived weeks after standard shipping arrival date. No reimbursement or negotiation on a discounted shipping cost. Company blamed customs. Not a huge deal overall but, would have been nice to meet in the middle.

Long wait time to get names on shirts
I buy at the Bernabeu store every three months. It's a gorgeous and fantastic store but it's absurd how slow and inefficient it is to get the numbers and players name on the shirts. Even if there's no one in front of you it will take at least 10 minutes if they get it right the first time.
