I've purchased jerseys over the past few years for my son. The jerseys are fantastic quality. The shipping is fast. I live in the U.S. and the jerseys usually arrive with a week of ordering. The website is very easy to use. I feel very valued as a customer.

I ordered a jersey at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift. A few days before Christmas I was informed it was being held in Customs waiting for more information from you. After multiple requests there was no response from you and after the first of the year the item was returned to you by Customs.

Im order a jersey with player name and number, im recived the jersey with the right name but wrong number and the proses to return was terrible no body answer the phone and now I get some of my money back I pay $183 and just get $160 back where isthe other $23

i never received my package, i emailed plenty times & asked if they can please provide as much information as they can. they said they would & i don't know what went wrong but i didn't not receive my package. on the fedex app it says they attempted to do a delivery, which is not true because they say they " attempted " to i was home.

I ordered a jersey online and a month after I received it, I got an email from FedEx saying that I have to pay $81.98 of import charge. Which really caught me off guard, because when I did the checkout ordering the total was of $186.02 so I had no idea I had to pay this extra charge and at any moment I was advised of it. I ended up paying $268 just for a single jersey. If I would've known I had to pay this steep price for this item, I would've never ordered it. I tried to contact them to ask why they didn't inform customers about this extra charge and if there was any way I could get a discount or a partial refund. They just refuged behind its T&C policy. And offered me the "option" of returning the item, but how could I return an item when it was already used, and I had received such message one month later? Totally dissatisfied with the purchase experience.

I made a mistake by choosing the wrong size on the product and not even 2 minutes after I received the confirmation mail I called / email costumer service to just change the size on the product and it was IMPOSSIBLE to do, why???? I don’t know . Won’t never ever again do business with you guys. You all don’t understand without customers neither one of you guys would have a job. You guys suck!!!!

It took forever to arrive, the box was broken and I wish I was notified that the package was coming from Spain and I had to pay almost 80 USD for taxes. I wish I knew and had been informed

Too many issues with shipping (description of goods incorrect, no supplier details) ended with me overpaying tariffs and charges. The childs gift did not make it until 2026 and therefore they did not receive their main christmas presents.

Never got my package and I’m also getting a fee for the international shipping aside from shipping they already charge.

The patch o the replacement shirt fell off. The first shirt came with a hole. Poor quality.

horror I paid $27 Fedex delivery then was asked tp pay $47 by Fedex again. Never ordering anything from this store . took over 3/4 weeks to be delivered .

Shirt size not as described so it was too small. Returning ok. Had to pay much more for replacement then duty charges for return. Shirt cost 4 x more than expected. Never again! All because your sizing was wrong
