Delivery was good
Delivery was good, however the condition of the actual package was terrible. The jersey we ordered was a gift, so I planned on gifting it with the box to show authenticity. However the box was in shambles.

Cancelled Christmas order- holiday ruined
Hello! I went to place an order for Christmas gift and initially your site was sold out in the size I needed on Cyber Monday, when I had a code. Then after the code was no longer valid, your site showed that it was back in stock, a few days later. I was very excited to place the order as this was the one item my son wanted for Christmas. A few weeks later, I got an email saying that my order was cancelled with no explanation. Very disappointing.

I was disappointed that after I received my item, I received a very large bill from FedEx for the tariff costs. Normally any cost would have been identified and paid when I ordered the item. The item that I received was excellent.

The shipping had gotten stuck in customs
The shipping had gotten stuck in customs because the shipping label did not explain what was in the package. The shipment was then held up an was unable to be given as a Christmas gift to my son. Lastly, I had to pay an additional $26 in shipment to FedEx.
As far as the shirt was concerned, it was way to small for my son. I had ordered hi size but the one we received couldn't even go over his head.

I had to pay an additional Tariff fee to the U.S. Customs. It was half the price of on top of the cost of the uniform I purchased.

Extra shipping fees
The jacket arrived safely and quickly. However, I was charged $54 from fedex for the delivery. That was a 50% shipping fee. I would not have made the purchase if I knew I would be charged this.
