had to pay for international shipping fees

I paid extra for fast delivery, it didn't happen and also I have to pay additional $68.00 in FEDEX (US tariff)

I paid for the delivery during my purchase. However, after I received the item, FedEx billed me $83.02 because the company (seller) didn't pay for it and instructed them to bill the buyer. So in the end, I paid double the price for the jersey. I will not be making any more purchases from the store.

It was the best present, my cousin is a real fan and I got to give him something from the team that he likes plus it was a cute design

Terrible experience with this purchase and more so the return process. Unfortunately, this was so bad of an experience that I will only purchase Real Madrid apparel from any USA retailer. It was more so that all my calls and conversations were all around what you all couldn’t do and not anything on what you can do.

Order arrives 2 weeks after delivery estimated , and sorry customer service . US customers order from local store better.

The package was stuck at customs and customer service would not assist with information needed. I paid extra to get the package for Christmas, but I ended up getting it way after new years. So disappointed with how customer service handled this order. My order number is: RM0000482658

the jersey was great but the club world cup badge was peeling from the bottom. i had to put plastic underneath and iron it for it stick on. other than that i am happy with my purchase.

I had a problem whit the shipping. I worry the. And they resolved my problem

Ordered 2 numbered jerseys - one medium and one large. They reversed the numbers so the large had the number that the medium was supposed to have and vice versa. The receipt was correct so they just put in the wrong jerseys I guess. It was also very very slow. Luckily my kids are close enough in size that they just swapped jerseys.

Ordered from the U.S madrid shop. Had to pay importing fee $65 on top of the $240 jersey.

I have not received my package to date. My refund is not processed and I was told that the package could not be delivered to the US, as soon as the item is returned then I will be refunded. This is 2 months ago I placed the order

The packaging was not what I expected, no special packaging on a shirt that was very expensive. Plus, I have to pay an additional $144 in tariffs after receiving my order!

Fast response. The reason for these interactions was due to and over sized shirt that I returned and re ordered in smaller size. Other than that the team has been really helpful when I ask for assistance

Great Quality!

Quality of jersey is definitely worth the price. It is pretty pricey especially for out of the country shipping. Definitely happy with what I got though. (keep in mind if you are from outside the country though shipping will be a lot more I paid an extra $100 in shipping costs so just something to be aware of when purchasing)

The best experience ever i order for the first time form the store my husband and child are really fan of real madrid and I bought the new madrir shirt and came on perfect timing for Christmas present and everything was on point clear nicely and most of it i love the packaging 📦 👌 even the thankyou note about it I still have it and save everything

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. It arrived with the Champions League patch already peeling off.
I expected much better, especially considering the brand and the cost.
