FedEx is charging me for delivery

You guys failed to
mentioned that we the customers have to pay a tax on anything that gets imported into the USA. what’s the point of paying for shipping cost with you guys if we’ll later get taxed by the same carrier, and no one should be forced to have to pay a tax whenever im already spending lots of money on product that is pretty much weightless. apart from that product was t shipped out until 3 weeks after my order being placed.

I hat to make change and I couldn’t do it
Few seconds after I bought my jersey and realized I adress was wrong and I was impossible to change it
I think this is mistake, why I can’t make change , I can understand if the item was already shipped
But it was only a few seconds a the payment was confirmed. That should be changed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from the Real Madrid Store.

On December 16, I ordered a Thibaut Courtois jersey with express delivery because it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. The whole reason I paid extra for express shipping was to ensure it would be a Christmas gift.

The jersey did not arrive until December 30 — five days after Christmas. This completely defeated the purpose of paying for guaranteed express delivery.

To make matters worse, I contacted customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. I was then told it was “too late” to return it. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the delay was entirely on their end.

Paying for guaranteed delivery that isn’t honored and then being denied a return is unacceptable. I expected better service from an official club store.

Very disappointing experience.

Customer service is terrible. I got ignored several times regardless my follow ups. I never got notified about the status of my package nor the shipping tracking information. I got the product by a miracle but it’s unbelievable that customer service leave people blind with regards the status of the process and shipping.

Hi Real Madrid! The jersey was great! My grandson loves it, as he is a very big fan! My only true complaint was the shipping, as I order the Jersey in early December, as a Christmas gift for him and was told it would arrived before. However, It didn't arrived until Jan 2nd, disappointing to say the least. Luckily, his birthday was on the 8th of January, so I gave it to him than. My other concern was that I received an email from FedEx, saying I owed another $90.00 in Tariffs & Duties, on the package. I believed all this was included in the price of the jersey, As you can imagine I was surprised to see the added cost. I suggest you let your other clients know that they may see this in the future. U lost my order.
The delivery guy didn't call me at all. It was xmas time and I had been waiting for him for days. I called to delivery office they told me none answered his call. It was a big lie! I started looking for my order cos it was paid by my bulgarian friend by bank account. In general a big deal! I went yo lost orders office. There the order was found. So I took a driver i sent it to bulgarian friend. The order was winter jacket which u didn't offer in Sofia, Bulgaria. That's why me and my friend had to go through all this survived!

Very Disappointed I bought a jersey for my son almost 300 dlls and now I'm getting a bill from fed ex of 100 for shipping.

The jacket arrived stuck to the packaging and it looks as if it was burnt so its not wearable. Since I had to pay tariff to get it of $40 it didnt make sense to try and send back and pay again. Very disappointed...
