A great pillow for comfort and keeping cool.

Searched and searched for a new mattress decided to go with these and would highly reccomend! So comfy! We have just ordered the gel pillows to finish it off and my oh my what a difference!!! Love my bedtime & pillows! :)

great company, great product, and fantastic bed to sleep in

I was looking for thick, supportive pillows which did not collapse after each sleep. I was recommended the brand and found exactly what I was looking for. Also when I ordered there was a bank holiday sale which knocked a good, extra amount off. Delivery didn't come when expected however REM-Fit customer service was very helpful when the courier company wasn't any help. I've had no neck or back pain since switching. The pillows are great quality – thick, comfortable, supportive and don't collapse.

I recently bought a Rem-Fit 4000 Ortho mattress and the whole process from purchase to delivery was seamless. It's early days but so far I find the mattress to be great quality and supportive and very comfortable. I have certainly noticed a dramatic improvement in my sleep and feel fat more rested the next morning. I would highly recommend Rem-Fit, and their Ortho mattress, if you're looking for a high quality firm hybrid mattress.

Mattress still not delivered after repeated failed visits

I ordered a mattress from REM-Fit and paid through DivideBuy. The mattress has still not been delivered.

The delivery/collection team has attended multiple times to remove my old mattress, but they have not brought the replacement mattress. On the first occasion, only the free pillows arrived. I have now had to book time off work again and I am still left without the mattress I paid for.

This is extremely poor service and I am now seriously concerned about the order. I do not want my existing mattress removed unless the new mattress is physically delivered at the same time.

I want REM-Fit to either provide a confirmed, guaranteed delivery date immediately or cancel the order and refund me in full. I will also be raising this with DivideBuy as a disputed finance agreement if this is not resolved.

Found the remfit to be comfortable and relaxing and having a much better all round sleep and experience. Delivery was perfect and they put the mattress exactly where required.

Helpful and responsive answers and a great product

Bought the 2nd mattress from rem-fit. from having a troubled night sleep, waking up due to uncomforable mattress to now a deep sleep, no back aches. would recommend highly.

Can't fault the new mattress. But aftersales to collect my old mattress fell down massively. New mattress delivered by DX Freight but was told no room on van to collect my old mattress. Communications to rem-fit is only by email and response was lacking any real commitment to find a solution. Ended up getting a refund for old mattress collection service which was ordered along with the new mattress and going elsewhere.

We had a few problems adjusting to our new mattress at first. ( I found it comfortable but my husband had some issues with it ).
So we initially discussed returning it to Remfit within the 100 days trial period.
Throughout all communication with the company they have been polite, prompt and helpful. Especially their customer service department..
Everything has been resolved and we're trying the mattress for a little longer with a partial refund.
The Remfit products and offers are very good and the service exemplary.
As an elderly couple who find chat bots not at all useful; it has also been amazing to deal with real human beings!

Great mattress, unbelievable value compared to many brands .Really supportive and gives a great night's sleep.
Excellent service too, plenty of updates regarding delivery and the delivery guys were brilliant, took shoes off and were there at the time quoted.
Using the mattress selector tool makes sure you get the right mattress for you.

Lovely firm but comfy mattress, just what we wanted. Delivery is quite slow but that is clear when you order.

The ordering system through the prompt delivery, taking away our mattresses was faultless.

I have 2 mattress’ and protectors and can not fault the products. Definitely worth every penny and recommend highly to anyone considering making a purchase

I have brought 2 mattresses from REM .
First one for me and really happy with the quality and the comfort and support I got from this mattress having previous back surgery and now being retired comfort is number one. There was a bit of an issue with delivery but REM sorted it and the rest of my order followed the following week fortunately the mattress came first so I was able to make the bed up. The second mattress was for my daughter who lives in her own home because she was suffering with a terrible bad back so I said I would treat her too a new mattress so she gets a good night sleep and doesn’t wake up in excruciating pain. Unfortunately this time the mattress topper and protector came first but no mattress and after another week I emailed and was told it had gone missing. The annoying thing was we had gone to the tip with my daughter‘s old mattress. So again, REM did sort a mattress and arrange delivery as soon as possible. I would’ve loved to have given five stars but they just need to sort out the delivery issue. I did ask the delivery guys why they would come all the way with Just a mattress protector in a big van with two delivery guys , they said they have to keep the warehouse empty so they have no choice. If they could just deliver it altogether on the delivery day arranged that would be the perfect solution. Would I buy from this company again ? YES because I can’t take away from the fact that this is by far the best mattresse I’ve ever had and just to let you know I am 66 years old so I’ve had a few in my lifetime .
