For the price, these cannot be beaten. We bought a mattress and have been super satisfied with its quality and support. We have slept better, and no longer have aching backs. Highly recommended.
The delivery was super quick, and the communication was superb.

Wish I had read some of the reviews here before purchasing. Bought two memory foam pillows, used for a few days and caused a back injury, contacted the company to complain and just got AI bot customer service and then got told they can't be returned because "I find them too firm". I didn't say I found them too firm, I said they caused a back injury. Will be escalating to Trading Standards as these products are not fit for purpose and the "customer service" is a bad joke.

Quick delivery and at far better price than competitors offering the same products. This is the second mattress I've bought from REM-fit as the first was such good value for money. I spent double the amount on a Simba mattress 2 years ago and its nowhere near as good as this one. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good night's sleep.

Returning customer. Got their Ortho 500 (the model is now improved and under new name) mattress in 2020, amazing sleep ever since. The team was great on a later stage with some post sales care. And I'm a returning customer now ordered for the spare room too. A huge advocate to the brand, the best firm mattress you will find. They also get rid of your old mattresses as / if needed

I’d read reviews about the comfort of the REM-fit pillow. It lived up to its reputation. It’s given me the best night’s sleep ever. Family say I look so well. I wasn’t ill before, but now I’m truly rested. No more tossing and turning. Amazing. Thank you.

I have tried many different pillows & they end up being lumpy-bumpy which makes me grumpy in the morning! I can’t have feather pillows so I had to find something else.
This pillow is cooling, smooth & comfortable. It took me about a week to get used to it & I only need the one pillow now whereas I used to have 2. At first it does feel odd but give it a chance.

Initially brought REM-Fit 5000 Lux Elite Hybrid Mattress as it had good reviews and because of the 100 days return policy as I could return it after trying if it did not meet my needs. Also the site offered me a discount code which further recduced the price. But having tried it for little more than 2 months have decided to keep the mattress due to its good support and comfort level. After many years have been able to sleep on my back as all the previous mattresses I tried would give me lower back pain if I slept on my back the whole night. This mattress allows me to sleep comfortably on my back as well as side.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Assume it is because of the AI nonsense responses.

I cancelled my order made on 29 May on 10 June, as they could not guarantee that delivery would be made by 12th June. Being on a blow-up mattress at our age - not the best - and we needed a guarantee it would be delivered. In light of all the complaints on here, with deliveries being promised and then not taking place, we couldn't afford to leave it any longer. Our new mattress arrives today from a company who could make the guarantee in 24 hours.

Having received 3 e-mails from REM-Fit on 10 June confirming that firstly, cancellation was an option, secondly, it had been made and then thirdly, that the refund was in progress from "Lisa", I get another one. This morning's response implies it is too late to cancel. Suggesting it was "made to order" and that I'd have to accept the delivery on the 12th. That delivery they strangely could not guarantee until I cancelled.
I've gone back and quoted my consumer rights and the fact that they confirmed, repeatedly, that the cancellation was in place and the refund was with the processing team. It is only bespoke orders that cannot be cancelled, not standard issue products.
Also, when the delivery was supposedly arranged, the e-mail states my contract is with Millbrook Beds Ltd. I've seen their Trustpilot reviews - I would never have ordered the mattress in the first place if I'd known they were making it.
Dreadful company. I will have to raise a dispute with my card provider if they do not refund the money. Including delivery.

Felt nice to wake up with no aches and pains.
Length of mattress was short but I was told it will stretch out after several turning around but never filled the gap two months later still short four (4) centimetres. Customer support not responsive.

I ordered my new mattress because I was getting neck and back pain from my old mattress. I’ve had this rem fit 1000 for about 4 weeks and I absolutely love it. No more neck or back pain, and I sleep much better.

Delivery was quick. I used the pillow straightaway and found it much cooler than my normal pillow. I didn’t have to plump it up or keep turning it which meant a better sleep. I have found it slightly deep for my shortish neck .

It's only been a few days but I'm really pleased with our purchase. Very comfortable and definitely adapts to the body. The features stated on the website are all correct. And great delivery and collection service too.

Avoid at all costs. Over a month after an agreed delivery date and I have nothing to show for it despite hundreds of pounds of investment. All I received was infuriating delay and stalling tactics but no actual plan to deliver. The refund process was the same. Never ever again.

I ordered a pillow at a discount price. It's a memory foam one with a cooling effect. I have slept much better and no longer have a sore neck. I would recommend this product and was impressed by the swift execution of my order.
