Easy to order supplies from a helpful pleasant person. I love my mini. My only regret is waiting to buy it. Everything seems expensive these days. So far the ResMed Air Mini has been a good value.

I am having the best experience with a CPAP machine that I ever had. I have been using one for 17 years. This is the best! Why? It gives me detailed information on how I sleep each night and documents it for the future. It is the quietest, smoothest and overall most comfortable CPAP I have ever had. I highly recommend it.

Ordering direct from the manufacturer of such wonderful products is always a plus! The only issue I came across was the cushion I really needed was out of stock, so I had to go to a retailer to get it. But I prefer to order direct from ResMed! Ordering online is quick & easy, and order arrives pretty quickly!

Your customer service representative, Michael was very communicative and very helpful in getting the prescription process moving. If it weren't for the difficulty on the Kaiser end, Michael would've been able to get them even faster.

The only good thing about this airmini is that it is super small and perfect for traveling. BUT IT IS LOUD AF! The air blowing through the tube is so noise it makes it difficult to even sleep!

I really wanted the travel airmini set up to work, but in trying it I found that it wouldn't. You were totally cooperative in refunding my purchase price, with no obstacles. I appreciate this approach.

Had a very positive customer experience with this company, they backed their product and offered a money back guarantee if customer wasn’t completely satisfied within 30 days. Definitely would have kept the product if humidification wasn’t a problem for me. Neither of the two humidifier cartridges worked for me as they didn’t provide enough humidity for me to properly breathe.

I was really impressed with how quickly you responded to my request and processed the delivery once the prescription was uploaded. I received the CPAP within 48 hours. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that I was unable to read the full prescription requirements or access the prescription form for my provider to complete until after I had submitted my order. It would have been nice if I had that information prior to submitting the order so I could have everything I needed in hand at that time.
