Fast service!! Excellent product!!

ResMed device arrived as promised and it’s working perfectly.

To many issues with my VA prescription that didnt need to happen.

I am extremely happy with the communication and service I received. I needed a portable cpap before a travel commitment and they did an amazing job of getting it out to me on time. And I love it!

Cordial knowledgeable representatives who enjoyed serving the customer. Timely updates on the status of the order were also provided by email.

Friendly, understood the issue I had, I liked that when there was a question he felt he could not adequately answer, he referred me to someone else. I like being able to speak with someone without going through a maze of “options”.

You were extremely difficult to deal with in regards of what you required in a prescription. I have never had an issue boating a CPAP or supplies in my years of use. I customer service rep stated he would call me once my order was ready to ship to discuss expedited shipping. He never called and we were waiting for the portable device before leaving on vacation. We were delayed several hours in leaving.

You had exactly what I needed and quickly got my doctor’s approval to ship to me.

I sent you an email last Friday about my experience. It was terrible. I thought I would get used to the AirMini, but instead, I got sick, with my sinuses continuously draining on Thursday and Friday. I stopped using the AirMini after six days of continuous use.

I felt that your company wanted to be proactive with anything that might cause an issue. Fortunately, I've had no issues but believe I would have been taken care of had there been any.

I received my AirMini in two days. The pricing was the most favorable I've seen from any online seller. I do wish there had been more explanation of the HumidX options. I ended up ordering the wrong ones the first time.
