Your service has been impeccable, and I love my AirMini. I bought it on your website using your clear instructions and model prescription, and I was thrilled to receive it within the week. It is tiny and quiet, and according to my FitBit sleep report, does as good a job as my big, bedside CPAP. I did have difficulty with setting up the app, but after I mentioned that in a review, ResMed customer service took the initiative to call me and walk me through it (!), and now the app works like a charm. Because of poor reviews about noise, I had delayed buying this little machine, but I believe it is actually quieter than my bedside model. It’s possible that noise increases with air pressure (just speculating). At my low volume (7), it is very quiet. What a great machine!

All my questions were answered quickly by head-quarters staff; equipment arrived promptly. I slept well with it immediately.

I have two machines, one for home, one for travel. It is disappointing that the joint or combined monitoring cannot happen for the user. I hope this can be remedied.

Love this tiny machine. I had to be hospitalized for surgery recently, so I packed my mini cpap and was so glad I did. It took up almost no space and worked perfectly.

You were extremely difficult to deal with in regards of what you required in a prescription. I have never had an issue boating a CPAP or supplies in my years of use. I customer service rep stated he would call me once my order was ready to ship to discuss expedited shipping. He never called and we were waiting for the portable device before leaving on vacation. We were delayed several hours in leaving.

You had exactly what I needed and quickly got my doctor’s approval to ship to me.
