I was going on a European vacation and cringed at the thought of dragging along my CPAP. My doctor suggested a mini ResMed. Why didn't I hear about this sooner!?! The unit is the size of a popsicle, it is quiet, it all fits in a tote bag about 6 x 9, the headware is the same type as the big one but you cannot interchange. AND, the company had it in my hands in juat a couple of days. Love it!

I received my machine fast once I got the RX to them.
Service can be improved by calling the doctor to get the RX.

The Res Med team communicated throughout the process and worked quickly at gathering all paperwork/signatures to make this possible. Thank you for doing such a great on getting the new mini delivered so quickly after the documents were accepted.

Turn around in receiving the product was quick and easy. I have a ResMed BiPAP machine that I use every night, and this was just what I was looking for when I travel.

Overalls great delivery and product. Came on time.

Package was packed well. Finding what I wanted on the site was easy to include setup items etc. Once opened it was also easy to set up.

Difficult to get to a human being; no response to messages; prescription requirements were a nightmare and handled badly (by FAX?! Really????) I thought I was saving time going directly to Resmed. What a joke. It took a day to place my order and get charged for it, and weeks to have my order fulfilled. After all that, the settings are wrong, so now I have to ship the unit back to get them fixed. What century are we in?

The service was not only efficient but very pleasant and helped me through the process. I felt taken care of!

What’s the story with repairs. My AirMini has a problem and you guys referred me to the retailer. They said to take it up with you. I seem to be caught in the middle. Have loved the convenience and portability of the product but it has developed a weird whine after it has been operational for a period of time. Have checked all connections, filters, etc. Restarts quietly but then does its whining thing. Thank in advance for your help.

Arrived on time. Have already used the bag to take my AirMini to use on a trip by air. Much easier to deal with than an AirSense 10 which I have carried on TNTC trips in the previous 6 years!

Res Med made sure to get the correct information from my doctor, and the price was competitive
