More than two months after placing my order, it is only partially filled. The Sennses Pro tool was shipped with a “1-2 week delay” for the short and long level “extensions”. They have never shipped them. They created UPS shipping labels but never gave the product to UPS.

Registering on their website required customer support because the site is poorly designed and was not working. A response took days.

Their app does not work with the tool as promised and no one responds anymore. This company is a disaster. Avoid!!

The company Robbox, based in Canada and appearing to be legitimate, offers a "smart" cordless drill known as the xDrill. This product is distinguished by its advanced user interface and its ability to connect with an app on your phone. Upon receiving the xDrill, I was immediately impressed by its solid design and intuitive interface.
Despite the positive initial impression of the drill itself, I encountered issues when attempting to register the device through the accompanying app. The app repeatedly displayed the message, "an error occurred try again later," preventing successful registration. To address this problem, I sent an email to the company and left a message. However, after two days, I had not received any response from their customer service team.
Given the significant investment of over $1,000 for a cordless drill, I expected a higher standard of customer support. The lack of timely communication and resolution is disappointing and undermines the overall experience with the company.
UPDATE: After several day a customer service rep did reach out.
