I placed an order on 18/06 and still have not received it. I contacted customer service a week after placing my order, as all 4 items I purchased were in stock, so I wanted to check what was going on. I was told that there is increased demand currently and it might take a little longer than normal (there was nothing on the website to say this when I ordered), but that my order was currently in the Warehouse "in picking" so I should received a shipping notification by the end of that week. Their customer service agent Emilie Dunnett told me to contact her again if this wasn't received, which I did and I was sent the exact same email again, copied and pasted in the response. So who knows whether it's in picking or not. It shouldn't take a month to pick 4 items surely! I asked for this to be investigated (as she offered this), and this has been the last I've heard. I've emailed a number of times - there is no phone number to call - and all messages now are being ignored. Absolutely terrible service and I'll be contacting my bank this week to arrange a chargeback to get my money returned (I notice there's never a delay in them taking that!!)
I purchased 2 Southern Braves caps on the 18th August to date I have not received my purchase. I might add the money has cleared my account!

I spent nearly £200 on TheHundred merchandise caps and shirts for the family ready for the new forthcoming tournament. Ordered on 31st March, still not received any communication from them with regards to a despatch date. Chased a couple of times, no response.
