7/28 Kiala Nutrition Super Greens.Cancelled immediately told too late had been shipped. Received unboxed package.Was told will be refunded full $37.66, no need to return along with $3.80 coupon for my inconvenience.
Have not received any $37.66 refund yet!

Never ending problems don’t waste your time

Never ending problems, they hire people to do live chat without the ability to do anything to help. In past few months I have ordered 2 orders that was to be dispatched from TikToks own warehouse, items ordered during 90% off sale. Order we never dispatched, told me I had to wait I asked them not to cancel my orders due to them being highly discounted and now at full price. 5 days later they automatically cancelled my order both of them. Lost a couple hundred £ worth of Xmas gifts. Ordered gym leggings but they sent the wrong size, I am disabled and was forced to go to the post office to return the leggings I was given no home collection option. I had to pay again for the item to ensure I got the wrong size again… both times fulfilled by TikTok. Also another order sent wrong items had to pay again for a 2nd order only for that to be wrong too. It’s just issues constantly. The live agent did nothing to help and told me my orders were cancelled to protect my account from fraud. Obviously a lie, they messed up. Agent was not very pleasant and closed the chat on my because I asked why they were cancelled because it’s definitely not fraud issues. I spend approx £3,000 per month on TikTok shop but I refuse to shop on TikTok again. Going to the sellers own external website is the way forward for me now. No sellers have ever messed up the thousands of orders I placed it’s always TikTok on fulfilment centre. I will take my business where it’s wanted

If i could give them zero stars, i would!! Completely and utterly USELESS!! I’ve been paying more for items off other sites because nobody has been able to help me for weeks now, and I’m just done!!

Impossible to contact!!!!! AVOID

Impossible to contact!!!!!
I returned 4 items and only received a refund for 1 (the cheapest) - they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. I’ve emailed several times and also messaged on X as Apparently that’s the best way to contact them but still no response.
This is the first and last time I will ever order from Tiktok shop

False Marketing by TIKTOK.

I have recently saw multiple customers mentioning about £100 coupon as I also had the same issue. I completed the requirements to have 5 items and it said I was eligible and to check out and pay is when I will receive my coupon and I still haven't

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. I have been accused of brand violation and selling counterfeit products so many times for nothing. I am a genuine collector and only buy the real stuff. But tiktok, you think everyone sells fakes. Your AI checking or relying on fake reports are going to cost you millions because so many people cannot stand selling on your platform. YOU TAKE A COMMISSION AND YET YOU ACCUSE ME? I HOPE YOU REALISE THAT YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING BEFORE YOU GET SHUT DOWN. I hope other sellers can move on to a better platform that supports them unlike tiktok who doesn't trust what we do. Yes there are fakes, but NOT EVERYONE IS OUT TO CHEAT. I just want to earn some money for college and you make life so difficult for me

Delivery dates NEVER met !

Placed order with tik tok and item didn't arrive on time (nothing new) asked for item to be cancelled and was refused and told to ' be patient'. Refused refund and told to wait a further week 'to see if it arrives'. Rude chat hosts who are unwilling to help . Wouldn't recommend using tik tok.shop

Worst experience as a TikTok shop seller

Tried to set up a TikTok shop for my sacred harmony apothecary business. The first application was rejected and they wanted more information so I went in to try to do that. It took me to a whole new application in which it got approved now these two accounts are cross firing with each other. The account information on the seller account that got approved has the wrong email address that has been closed for over a year and I cannot confirm anything or put any bank details and to be able to get paid whenever something was to sell. I have tried to chat with them. They put tickets out two of the tickets that were started. You got closed out because they were trying to say it was within the same category or something like that. I have been on a loop with these people trying to get this stuff fixed. Nothing has been corrected. And I keep having someone come in telling me that I needed to get my application approved whenever it was already approved.
To top this all off in the ticket help center section I only see half of the email and cannot scroll over to the left to see the full message. I have told this to them many times and nothing is said about that on top of which I needed to be approved for two different categories to sell two products that I currently offer And that page also does not work
I decided to try to close the page but once again I need a confirmation code which they are sending to the wrong email address that has been closed for over a year and when I asked about closing my account, all I get is an email about how I should close my account whenever I Told them I wasn’t able to due to this issue I have unlinked my seller account from my personal account and have removed my products from the seller shop. I do not recommend them at all because it is a merry-go-round with them trying to get them to understand your issues. I had to do screenshots when I actually physically chatted with someone to show him the issues, but the people in the ticket are oblivious to what the issues are.

I ordered $300 worth of merchandise…

I ordered $300 worth of merchandise from the Tik Tok Shop and they used this company to ship and deliver my items. My package was delivered open and damaged. I was missing $130 worth of my items. I have contacted them several times, I know my items were lost in the shipping process and They have yet to respond. I have only been able to speak with an AI chat. It's simply ridiculous. This company hires unreliable people whom are not trustworthy apparently. I have filed several claims with the delivery company (SPEEDX) , them and pay pal to no avail. BEWARE!

I have been scammed now too

Apparently everyone has been scammed from tik tok shop here and we still go and order . Well that was my last time . Got a fake product and returned it . Disputed and it’s says could not refund . Opened three tickets and they are still not answered and it’s been 3 weeks lol . Contacted tik tok costumer service 16 times and every time they are telling me they can’t do nothing and the payment team will contact me , but they never did to fix my problem or to help just keep ignoring me . Clearpay also disputed and tik tok ignoring and them . The shop it’s not existing anymore but costumer service either 😏

Misleading £100 Coupon Offer – Not What It Seems

TikTok Shop ran an offer saying “buy 5 items, get £100 in coupons.” What they didn’t make clear upfront is that one of those coupons (a £50 one) requires you to spend £135 to use it. That’s a critical detail they buried in the terms.

I believed I was getting £100 of usable value. I don’t have money to spend just to “unlock” a discount. I complained and they admitted the detail wasn’t clear, but said they’ll just “improve next time.” No refund, no fix — just an empty apology and a request for 5 stars.

This is misleading and unfair. I’ve reported it to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting TikTok Shop promotions.

I've bought from Tiktok shop several times now-regular orders and live-stream finds-and have never been disappointed! Fast shipping, solid quality, and a smooth return process. Definitely coming back for more.

TikTOK Online Merchant Shop...SCAM!!!

In late July 2024, I was targeted by scammers who operated under the guise of a TikTok Online Merchant Shop. Over the course of one month, I was defrauded of CAD75,000 by being coerced into funding a fraudulent drop-shipping business. The perpetrators used deceptive tactics, including promises of loans and locked store earnings, to extract funds. All payments were made through Crypto.com, converted to Ethereum, and then sent to three wallet addresses provided by the scammers.
