The way to know if they'll actually pay is if they pay the promised points on any tasks on Offer walls. I did a task with them on an offer wall; I just needed to download the app, register and screenshot my profile area( they even showed a screenshot sample of which I followed to the letter. When they noticed I had done all that they rejected it because they didn't want to credit me with my Points. Before you ask, no it wasn't Auto credit, it was a manual crediting task so they knew what they were doing

I bought card sleeves for my commander magic deck, they were $17 sleeves and 4 sleeves were missing. I contacted them and still 2 weeks later haven’t gotten a response. This company rips people off and are extremely unprofessional.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I placed an order online then received an email stating the product "shipped" but the tracking number provided by Ultra Pro indicates only the mailing label was created. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and online chat messages I have left with them, they have yet to respond. Don't try to call their phone number. Everyone is somehow "not available".

Don't purchase directly through Ultrapro or at the very least just don't purchase Ultrapro.
I made the mistake of purchasing directly and now I have to play the game of finding my "delivered" package, and USPS won't even allow me to file a claim for my missing item until I wait at least 15 days.
This company sent me the most macro response they possibly could. Save your money and spend it on something you will actually receive.

Awful customer service experience
Awful customer service. They are the ONLY distributor of licensed Magic the Gathering products and they don't have to money to provide a HUMAN customer service desk? Maybe MTG should do business with someone else.
I placed an order on Nov 9th and their website CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS to an address that doesn't exist. After almost 20 orders. Why? Who knows! My package is circling the USA now for about 2 weeks. Maybe it will go back to the company. Maybe it won't. Who knows? And the best part is that most of the items i ordered, for my son, FOR HIS BIRTHDAY AND CHRISTMAS, are now sold out.
I will NEVER do business with them again. I can't get anyone on the phone so I can just say "Hey eventually when this gets sent back to you, here is the correct address"

Quality control is non existent as is the customer service. As most people have reviewed already, the top loaders and sleeves come in FILTHY condition…bent, plastic shavings. Been trying to call ultrapro for week goes straight to voicemail, claiming to respond in 1 day its been a WEEK. Emailed them still no response, what a joke.
Ultra Ghosting Pro
Seems I am not the only one who didn't get their order and then was ghosted by their Customer Service. Namely a Kait McLachlan. I just opened a BBB complaint against them. This companies online store is a Joke. Do not buy from them. As long time gamer and card collector I would have expected better from a company who sponsers YouTubers to at least do a better job. Turned off of their products now, Looking at just shopping Dragon Shield.
Terrible company avoid like the plague
Ultra pro Europe is terrible. I waited days finally emailed suddenly post the same day I complained. Paid £15 for delivery it's been sitting in a warehouse I'm Belgium for over a week in the sametime I ordered from a small etsy seller from America who manged to get it to me quicker than this company. Avoid
Snail-pacedelivery, customer service don't care
Placed order on 16th May - weeks later no delivery, no delivery date, no idea what the hold-up has been. Customer service basically said "yes, it has taken a long time" and then ghosted me. They promised they would contact the delivery company to find out the delay - that was the last communication I got from them, despite several chases.
Fortunately there are cheaper, faster, and better options available, so no need to use this pathetic service again.

I ordered a few items that were never actually delivered. Customer service ghosted me for months and only responded after a charge back. I wouldn't purchase from them again.
Edit: In response to Ultra Pro, I put in a ticket with customer service on February 1 when my order wasn't delivered. After following up with UPS and Ultra Pro, they stopped responding. They only bothered to respond stating they're closing the ticket two months later since I filed a charge back. Ultra Pro is more concerned with closing tickets than resolving customer concerns.

Delayed package and dark print
I was very excited about getting my first playmat. However I am disapointed in the final product.
The print is much darker than shown on the image loosing details. The playmat was delayed twice.
Poor business practices…
Purchased a riddell mini helmet from them and the helmet was defective and they told me to take it up with RIDDELL. Beware of this company for they don't back their products and do not accept returns. STAY AWAY FOLKS
Damaged and missing part, no adequate solution provided.
Received a damaged collectors item, with also a part missing.
I was going to get a small giftcard as a guesture because they can't resend the damaged item as it is limited edition. The giftcard code took over 2 months to arrive in my email after they told me I was going to get it. They actually waited until the 20% discount on their website was over until they send it to me. Shipping costs are almost 1/3rd of the giftcard as well. When I asked why they waited until after the big sale to send me the gift card I got a sassy reply back with no real answer.
The missing item is still not shipped out to me, as they say the shipping costs are too high to send it to me. No clue if I will ever receive it.
