Paying to return clothing items in 2026 is not best practice. Considering the business you’re in and the long shipping times, you should at least offer free returns.

At this moment, there are no plans to change our return policy or costs in 2026 but we truly value your input and have taken note of your suggestion.
As for the shipping times, since we do not keep our own stock, it can sometimes take a bit longer for your order to be dispatched.

Veepee reacted to my bad TrustPilot review that I had to email their belgian feedback email address
with the subject line “Trustpilot,” along with your order number and any other relevant details. So I did but I got an automatic reply asking what problem I had while Veepee earlier gave me clear instructions to reach out and to mention details. I referred to my entire TrustPilot comment as explanation and date & time of my chat conversation with them. This is very disappointing and seems to be giving a good impression on TrustPilot, but then afterwards is followed-up poorly.

The platform previously offered an English option. That is now gone. If you don’t speak Dutch, you are left navigating a third party return process with unclear instructions, inaccessible conditions, and customer service that does not adapt or help.
Expats are expected to buy, pay, and return like everyone else — but without:
• clear language support
• accessible return conditions
• practical customer service when something goes wrong
For Veepee’s own sales, this is manageable. You know the process, you accept it, and it usually works.
The real problem started when third-party vendors were introduced on Veepee. Avoid them.
With third-party sellers:
• communication happens via vague email-style messages
• you are asked to agree to “seller conditions” that are not clearly accessible
• the return process can take weeks, sometimes up to a month, before you even get your money back
Veepee steps back and leaves the customer stuck between the platform and the seller. When something goes wrong, there is no ownership and no real help.
Conclusion:
Veepee works only for straightforward, platform-handled sales.
Third-party vendors turn returns into a slow, unclear, and frustrating process — especially if you are an expat.

With this information the difference and exact proces should be clear.

I’ve purchased from Veepee over the years and I’m happy with my experience so far.
It’s true that sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to ship some products which is information shared on the product page.
There was also a moment that I didn’t receive my order but I was refunded without problem.
