Great Products , just slow service
Ordered Products 2/4/26 ..Had to get in touch with company on 16/4/26 to see where my order was ...2 days later received am email saying it was being shipped that day. No apology or nothing to acknowledge that I had to get in touch with them to chase my order...If product was out of stock between those times the company should've informed me and that would've be fine , but heard nothing from them..Maybe I should've chased my order sooner... Can't fault the quality of products they sell.

Who packed my package? Lessons required.
I was a little shocked by the standard of the package. Amazed that it actually arrived! Considering the contents this was unacceptable as there was a big dent in the top and as it contained four boxes one of which was lying on its side. The standard of the actual box was not suitable for the contents. Fortunately no individual box was damaged a blessing seeing what was in. This has to be the worst packing that has arrived at my door.
