Couldn't deliver filters which they took payment for, and still waiting for Nilfisk switch. How did you do. You didn't.

Order a numatic vacuum that was (in stock) rang them up 3 days after, they told me it would come in 10 day then rang them up 6 days after to see how it was doing. Them they decided to say it would not be coming for another 2 months. Would definitely not being using this company again as they don't care about there customers!

When you placed your order, the initial lead time provided by Numatic was 10 days, and we communicated this to you. Unfortunately, the machine’s production schedule was unexpectedly delayed, and, regrettably, we were not informed of this change in time to update you promptly. This oversight on our part, particularly in keeping you informed, was unacceptable.
I understand how frustrating it must have been to contact us multiple times, only to receive inconsistent information and, ultimately, news of such a significant delay. Please know that we take this matter very seriously and are reviewing our processes with suppliers to ensure situations like this do not happen again.
We deeply regret that this experience has caused you to lose confidence in our company. If there’s anything we can do to make this right, please let us know, as we value your custom and would like the opportunity to restore your trust.
