WPS got me back on the road in a couple of days.

Nissan Micra SR16 had Power Steering failure steering become very hard at same time the Electronic Stability Program faulted. The exchange steering module from Western Power worked very well returned the steering to normal and cleared the PS fault unfortunately it did not clear the ESP fault and was bringing on intermittent ABS braking. Main fault was steering angle sensor had to get all faults cleared using local garage with OBD testers which cost another 60 quid. My advise is be prepared for extra costs after fitting the replacement steering module,

When I rang Western Power Steering to source a replacement steering rack the service I received was very professional and helpful. All my queries and questions were fully answered before I went on to place my order on line. The replacement rack was constructed, posted and delivered in good time and was subsequently fitted to the car without any problems or issues regarding the car 'recognising' the replacement part; just as had been explained to me. I could have paid a bit less for a similar refurbished/remanufactured part from other suppliers but I went with Western Power Steering because their website and telephone support indicated that they 'know their stuff'. They did not let me down :)

The whole transaction including the attitude of the person I spoke to regarding the return of the used unit was seemless and good.

all the staff have been super helpful, and I got the replacement unit really quick allowing me to get the work completed over a weekend, worked like a dream.
Anyone reading this , makesure the steering wheel notch is aligned in the centre before on the assembly before connecting the new EPS.
