I was initially skeptical when a friend recommended them to me, especially because their prices seemed too good to be true—far lower than any competitor I could find. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a try and ordered an MS Office license for Windows 11.
Within minutes, they responded with a download link and product license keys for three installations. As soon as I received the email, I realized that I had accidentally ordered the Windows 10 version instead of the Windows 11 version I needed. I immediately contacted their customer support team and requested either an exchange or a refund.
Rather than waiting, I went ahead and placed a new order for the correct Windows 11 version since the price was so reasonable. About 10 minutes later, I received a response from their support team. They had already noticed that I had reordered the correct version and informed me that they were processing a refund for my mistaken purchase.
The entire experience was smooth, professional, and incredibly pleasant. From placing the order to receiving support and a refund, everything was completed in less than 30 minutes!
I was so impressed with their service that I have already placed another order with them. Great prices, fast response times, and outstanding customer support—they are truly awesome!

The payment system is extremely cumbersome. It took three days to get a payment, even then, I had to use Paypal, which I loathe. Paypal adds on several charges for everything. I want to pay with my bank debit mastercard, which has no addon charges and usually goes through quickly
