we went back in forth for 5 days with…
we went back in forth for 5 days with you having me try things and then i had to wait 3 more days screen sharing appt. which from what i could tell, he just deleted the office lic folder and open 365 in ms store, then installed it like i had done 25 times. if you had told me to try that we both would have save a lot of time. also many times a new tech on the helpdesk didnt read the what had already been done

The Products Worked Until Microsoft Stepped In (Updated 7/20/26)
The products were delivered digitally and everything was fine until about 3 days ago when I started getting pop up messages from Microsoft every time I tried to open my office software, asking me to register the program, which I had done when it was first downloaded with keys I was sent. I tried to re-register the software, and I received another message stating I had reached the limit of use on the registration key, and to contact my administrator. I sent a few emails to Winandoffice.com but at the time of this review, I have not received any response. I will update this review when I hear back from them, if in fact I do and what the result was. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 only because the software did work for a while. I would just like to know what happens if Microsoft revokes the registration key. Do we have any recourse, or have we lost the money spent on the software?
As stated, I said I would update when customer service contacted me. They have, and I have received new keys but still having trouble with registration. I do appreciate them working with me on this, and hopefully we can get this working correctly. (Updated 7/20/26) Customer service took care of my problem with registration by sending another set of keys, and told me how to fix the problem. No More pop up windows, and everything is working fine now. Great customer service. Thanks very much for all your help!
