I am in the same boat, I ordered my stuff, have the confirmation. I believe covid has put a strain on the WWE Shop order pickers, working a skeleton crew. They maybe overloaded in orders. I'd just be patient.

10 days and order still has not shipped. Everyday I call they say they can’t tell me anything and to call back the next day when I do they say the same thing.

The customer service is good but it takes a long time to get hold of anybody and long length of time to get replies. Once they care to take a look at the issue, they are helpful but it’s not a quick and easy process

Called 3 times only to be told we will ship it today?
30 days later after it was ordered and paid in full.

I will be reaching the BBB and reports this company sending all reviews on here.

Save yourself the disappointment and avoid purchasing replicas from Amazon and buy straight from WWEshop, and wait the extra week a half or so.

I ordered 3 t-shirts and was notified that they shipped via FedEx on September 9. I waited patiently until the 25th and was told the tracking number I was given was incorrect, so WWE Shop nor FedEx could track my package. I was told they have no idea where my order is, but they'd investigate. I asked if they would call or email me within 24-48 hours? I was told "well I don't know, perhaps you should call us one day next week." The customer service is nonprofessional, which leads me to conclude that this is an unprofessional company. They had no issue taking my credit card, however, my customer experience with WWE Shop has been nothing but a negative issue. I will never consider purchasing from this company in the future.

I ordered an item for my son's birthday, 2 weeks before the party, and chose standard shipping. I called immediately after I ordered to see when it would be here because if it was going to be too long I would have ordered another with 2-day shipping. I was assured it would be here. The guy even told me it has already been sent to ship. I got an email that it shipped 3 days later, but there is no tracking information. It just says the label has been created. I have emailed and gotten nothing except excuses about wildfires and hurricanes. No real information. There are no wildfires or hurricanes between Ohio and Central Alabama. I will never buy anything from this place again. I should've read these reviews first.

They are awesome. I ordered a Becky Lynch mask last Thursday and it came today, very happy with it. Fits great with the fitting kit. Also got Rock Em’ socks which fit incredible and feel amazing. Still waiting on my Liv Morgan crewneck which just shipped out! Super excited, making another order soon:)

Do not buy from here ordered a mask from this place almost 3 weeks ago and it was scheduled to be here today it's now 9 pm still nothing. And now FedEx says no scheduled delivery date avaliable needless to say wwe will never get another dime of my money. And there customer service and management are the worst. One threatened to end the call because I told him that it was bs and he told me if I continued to threaten him he would send the cops to my home for real is that how you do business. Just cause I said bs really!!! Already cancelled my wwe app also I will not give another cent to a company that treats the people who pay there salary that way rant over

Website never asked me for a shipping address. Took the information from PayPal, which hadn't been updated since I moved, and didn't display this until the order had been placed. Immediately emailed them with the only order number provided in the confirmation email, their email support said it wasn't a valid order number. (Turned out to be a PayPal transaction number.) Tried to call before any items shipped, was told I'd be called back by a supervisor. Finally got a call after the first package already shipped to the wrong address, was told only one of the three shipments (some items were preorder) could be changed, and that I could call the support number again and cancel the other items and reorder them. (Isn't this guy a support supervisor? Can't he just do it while I have him on the phone?) In the end, even the shipment they claimed to change ended up shipping to my old address.

Let's not get into the fact that FedEx tracking went from "Pending", "Pending", "Pending", "Delivered", with no opportunity to have the package held at an office.

I'll just buy AEW stuff or maybe bootlegs off Amazon or eBay, at least those sellers are reliable and can actually help their customers.

Bought from them a number of times. They usually have some decent offers available and orders were always delivered quickly. Agree with another review though that I wish the Eurozone shop had the same full range of the US shop, but that's a small gripe. Items are of very good quality. The t-shirts I've bought for kids are still in great condition after a lot of wearing and washing

Its a great shop I have ordered from them plenty of times no complaints just wish they had a better selection the Euroshop has much more wish they shipped to the U.S.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Ordered a Christmas gift during November. Almost three weeks later and it never arrives. One customer service representative says it will be sent soon, another the next day that it will be sent tomorrow, then the following day a different apologizes that the item is now sold out. No follow up emails anywhere in the process. HORRIBLE vendor. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Purchased some t shirts from WWE Euroshop. Delivery was quick.

I just received my Roman Reigns hoodie that I ordered about a week ago. The hoodie seems to be great quality, definitely made for a comfortable fit (I sized up one just in case it was an athletic/form fitting make and it certainly wasn’t necessary). I couldn’t be happier with my purchase on the WWE store’s part! I was fortunate to have no issues besides FedEx, who delivered, being a day late (Didn’t bother me, nor is that the sender’s fault) I was supplied a tracking number so I was able to keep an eye on the status of my package especially did so after it was late. I would buy from this store again without a doubt; I personally feel you would get what you pay for even with some of the more worrisome prices, I know I did. I know not everyone has a great experience with the store, but I hope those who purchase in the future have one as pleasant as mine. :)

Ordered a tee shirt on pre order. 5 days after it came on general sale and after speaking with customer department twice. First they told me it would be sent the same day, express delivery. They will confirm by email within the hour. 24 hours later they told me that it would be shipped in 3 days time. Email received confirming shipping in 5 days time. Spoke with customer service, they cannot guarantee the delivery. Shocking company. Will never buy from them again and advise everybody to stay well clear of this company.

I wish I could give them a minus star. All I can say if your ordering from Canada then don't order from WWE Fan shop. I ordered some items for Halloween "The Fiend Mask and gloves " they lost my order could not give me an update. I spoke to a Supervisor who tried to give me the runaround. Thanks, WWE for ruining my son's Halloween plans. I strongly advise Canadians not to buy from them as they don't care enough to ship these items out themselves but charge premium shipping.
