Great product and customer service
I ordered 3 large tall garden pots. Easy to order online, good price and despatched and arrived quickly. Good quality pots for the prixe but unfortunately 1 had been damaged in transit. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and sent a replacement, which i received the next day! Excellent customer service and I would recommend this seller and happily use them again.

I recieved two great products that were…
I recieved two great products that were were very well made. I also tried to purchase one of the products off Amazon and I waited two weeks on it. I cancelled the order as I had been waiting so long, placed my order with Shop4allsorts on the same day to recieve on the following Tuesday, so pleased with how quick I recieved them. Thank you! Will shop again.

Shocking company
Shocking company. Avoid at all cost and don’t buy anything from them! Read the other reviews.
EDIT: see reply - they put the blame on Royal Mail but the point is, lots of customers are having this issue so they should point this out and use an alternative courier. Read the other reviews - and BUY ELSEWHERE
Also, there response to my initial direct enquiries wasn’t very helpful at all. It’s amazing what a review can do.

Many thanks for the additional info: we can see that you ordered a Prime delivery item on Thursday for delivery on Friday.
As the tracking information shows, the item was despatched on time but unfortunately Royal Mail didn't uphold their 24hr delivery target, which as we're sure you can understand, if completely out of our hands. Amazon will most likely refund your order if you submit a complaint to them.
Our apologies for your experience, it isn't the normal service, and we can only apologise for Royal Mail's failure to deliver on time.
We would respectfully request that you consider reviewing your 1 star rating as the problem wasn't directly caused by ourselves.

Confusing adding correct delivery amounts
Ordering was simple however delivery was unclear on check and i marked the wrong one, and ended up cancelling my order because it was impossible to alter this after the fact.

Bait and switch expensive website
Bait and switch website. If you read their fine print they cover themselves but they turn out to be stupidly expensive by selling stuff at close to the price you'd pay for more twice the amount elsewhere. Fool me once shame on me - you won't fool this customer again.
