I made an order on February 2,2024 and found out the items are no longer in production. Been trying to email them asking for a refund but the emails keep coming back as postmaster@ undelivered. It’s very frustrating that I can’t get hold of Shopanydeals

How do you contact service@shopanydeals? I sent email via outlook and they go to junk. Postmaster says undeliverable.

When I got my order it literall Fell apart. After contacting the company they responded quickly to replace the parts. I would order from them again.

Whoever helped seemed to be very friendly, although it took awhile for them to understand what I needed, things worked out for the best

The website popped up on my phone and I ordered a crystal kit to make six mandala coasters, over a month ago now. They looked really pretty.
However I got no confirmation of the order and I am still waiting for the product to arrive. I cannot see any way to contact the company. Can you please get in touch with me?

Very patient and understanding staff that make sure all issues are resolved very quickly. Even when I made the mistake and they were very nice about it. Good service and didn't have to wait long at all for my order.

I have got a lot of products from here and on the very rare chance there’s an issue it always handled promptly and handled well. I love diamond dotz and won’t go to anyone else cuz everywhere else is expensive. You get great product for great prices.

I purchased numerous items and they're great. I was disappointed tho as I ordered a stand up lady and received a flat picture instead. Was going to do for my Grandaughter for Christmas:-(

All the boxes of my order were crushed and I had to figure out what went where as contents were in the bottom of the bag. No instructions for the 3d lighted santa.

My email said my order was delivered at7:44 pm it is now 8:20 pm and I don’t see my order

My product was shipped in a timely manner. When received there were 2 broken snowmen. I sent an email with pictures and they sent replacements for them right away. It was a great experience to deal with a caring and courteous company. The snowmen and Christmas trees are the cutest things ever. They are going to make great Christmas presents
