I have had a problem with your company, I could not find out where this particle picture came from and when I saw the picture on your web site I got your e-mail address and I am now sending you the number of the picture in question My picture # is FC787 100X45, the purchase date I do not have available but I would like to have a replacement picture as I was going through this picture and working on it there was very light ( not readable) for me to work on it. I stopped working on it and laid it aside till I finally seen your business name with my picture, I would like to have a new one as this one I cannot read all through the picture, evidently when this was run in your printer it must have slipped or another error was made. I would be very appreciative if you could correct this problem, I love this picture and I was making it for my grandchildren for Christmas. Great product variety to the point of being overwhelmed 👏. Shipping took exactly the time that was specified. Love what I ordered and pleased with my mystery box.
I have just started one of the clocks and it appears that I will not be short on dots. Also, the clock gear works well.

I bought a big diamond painting and only got 17 out of 30 colors. This is beyond frustrating. A waste of money that I can't afford.

I ordered a dinosaur painting to do for my grandson. I could read alot of the ledger or printed squares because they were so dark and impossible to figure out. The canvas was so this and the drills kept coming off. After weeks of frustration, I finally quit wasting my time and through the damn thing away. The worst diamond painting ever!

I bought 2 paintings and was short on about a dozens colour diamonds in each had to order replacements from another company very unsatisfied with the outcome

The product was a lot smaller than the photo. It also arrived damaged - 2 of the sides were snapped off - although they were clean breaks not jagged.I am housebound and it was too much hassle to return the item. Therefore I have decided to complete each part and hopefully glue them together when I have finished. I have no one to show me how to upload photos. I hope other customers have better luck than me.

They are exactly as the pictures. Perfect size. Excellent to deal with. Very responsive to enquiries.
