My kit came missing the diamond titles. I let Custom Service know and had replacement titles within the month. Great job.

I have ordered hundreds of dollars from them. I doesn't take that long considering it's coming from China. 2-3 weeks usually. But when I run into problems that is when it becomes difficult. I have had a few items with missing beads or parts and it takes much longer to receive them. In some cases I have never received them. I order under many different company names but they all bring me to Chinatera when I have a problem. Overall I am happy with their products and their prices.

The service, product and customer support I've never had any problems with this great company I have been buying from them for a long time now and love their products I'll need to build more walls in my house to hang them all thankyou Shopanydeals!

Always quick deliveries and great value but at the moment I'm having trouble viewing the products!
Not sure if its an issue with my computer but hope i can sort it out soon.

Shop Any Deals is rapidly becoming my favorite company to order from.
Even coming all the way across the world it only takes a few weeks to get here. I get notifications every time my orders change hands.
I haven't yet gotten a bad painting or had any issues. I've never even had issues with static in my drills. The canvases are amazing and once I hang them up any creases added from shipment are soon gone and I have no issue working the kit. The drills are easy to pick up with very little to no trash at all in them.
There are tons of projects in all sizes and types to choose from and the prices are not expensive at all. I will most defiantly be ordering more.

I ordered in Feb and there was a small delay as one of the 4 I ordered was out of stock, they contacted me immediately I posted on their facebook page and explained and the items all arrived about two weeks later. I am very pleased with the items and the fact I was given a voucher for my inconvenience. Would definitely buy again

I would give a 4.5 if I could, simply because the advertised receiving date would be 15-25 days but it took 26 days to arrive to my postal service. Other than that it was amazing. I bought a big sized full square diamond painting (round is 15$ and square is 25$) and in checkout it cost 33,99$ for shipping. That is a much better price than I could find anywhere else, the price is comparable to Amazon but that can easily go well above + much more to choose from and high quality pictures. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the total cost because I live in Iceland and apparently its in the middle of nowhere to shipping internationally takes time and m o n e y.

I also had a bit of a misunderstanding about a color and contacted customer service and they responded rather quickly and managed to clear it up.

Only put that to gain your attention. I have tried to find customer service. I wanted to buy the peacock advertised on Facebook. I had a choice of round or square so I chose square for no particular reason. It said $15 for the item. When I went to pay it was $66 with postage. I do realize I am using Australian dollars and had can exchange rate but it was not until I read the fine print on the Pay page that I found out square was more expensive I find this deceptive.

Product was exactly as described and delivery was spot on considering the public holidays. The communication was excellent thankyou

I've texted twice with no response. I was sent my diamond mirror. It came with no mirror. It shows girl looking in mirror picture.I got as card board circle. It is for present this month. It took for ever to get.Id like mirror or full refund. If don't hear any thing. Putting through pay pal fraud. Not what shown.

My first order was lost in transit, but when I reached put to customer service, they immediately went into action. When they could not locate my first order ,they shipped me a replacement order, with a very fast delivery time. The products I ordered were even better than I expected. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a roll of black border tape From shop any deals And it came damaged and When I went to contact the company I noticed an email from chinatera Ltd So I sent them an email they Told me to send them a picture of the damage product I did And then they wanted to order number I sent And then they offered me $5 on an order that cost 25. Not happy

I received an order of Pokemon Diamond Dots Stickers for my grandson's. One of the pkgs didn't have the dots included. I the company and dealt with Merry. She answered me right away and sent an entire new kit, dots included!! It takes about a month for delivery, but I just received then the other day. Great customer service!!

Received order with butterfly stickers without drills. Please help can't find contact number. Very frustrated
