We were a little nervous at first to order our refrigerator online, but the model we wanted could not be delivered from all the other stores til the end of the month and some into mid next month. Shop appliances had the make and model we wanted and was able to have it to us within 3 days! And the price was the same too! We were apprehensive, but, it was a great experience! Ordering was easy, and the delivery men were professional and courteous and even slightly early. The whole transaction went smooth and I would highly recommend Shopappliances.com!

40" Ilve dual fuel range.
First part of this review is on Shop Appliance. I was looking for the Ilve 40" range but couldn't find anyone that knew anything about it. That is until I called Shop Appliances. I got sales person Natasha on the phone she was great she new all about the Ilve line of ranges, she answered all my questions as the reviews on Ilve ranges were mixed. If you are lucky enough to get her as a sales person it is your lucky day. The range came with a little cosmetic damage. When I called Natasha she immediately put me in contact with Bill in the damage department. Bill was also great took care of my problem and sent it to Ilve which they too took care of my problem. Two great people at Shop appliances.
Now to the review of the range. It is such a beautiful addition to our kitchen we love it. We have had it for 2 months now there is a little learning curve on starting the burners but no problems with them. The ovens are great. The only thing that won't fit in the larger oven is a regular size cookie sheet. Overall we are very pleased with the range. Would have loved to get the 48" one but our space only takes the 40" one.

I’m usually the first to give the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was unacceptable. If this reflects your company’s standards, major changes are needed.

​Key Issues

​Poor Communication: The "lead" delivery person was dismissive and unhelpful. There was a significant language barrier, but the real issue was the lack of professionalism—often staring blankly instead of attempting to coordinate with me.

​Lack of Effort: The lead insisted the fridge wouldn't fit before even pulling out a tape measure. The overall attitude felt like I had woken them in the middle of the night to make them come here.

​Careless Completion: They left the massive shipping box on my porch without a word. By the time I noticed, the wind had blown it into the street, scattering debris across the road.

​Bottom Line: I have no issue with diverse crews, but a delivery team must have at least one person capable of basic English communication and a professional attitude. This was a total failure in service.

Very responsive customer service representative made the experience with Shop Appliances a stellar one. James answered our questions expediently and returned emails and calls promptly. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful!
