I had a wonderful experience primarily due to Natasha. She went out of her way to help answer questions about the washer/dryer set I was considering and she made sure that my order was complete. After I ordered the set, she helped me with questions and issues regarding delivery, and she made sure that my order was delivered on time. Throughout the process, she was friendly, had a great sense of humor and served as a great ambassador for shopappliances.com. Shop appliances were great. Nice sales person. Great communication.

The delivery company they used AM Trucking was less than stellar. Their communication and planning was very good. However, I paid an installation fee but all they did was hook up the water line. They left the refrigerator with all wrap on it. Drawers were pushed into place with plastic on them which was very difficult to remove from the tracks. All trash including the box and packing materials were left behind. Overall, not with the install fee. It took me well over 2 hours to unpack, fix the drawers, and assemble the contents.

Unfortunately, the poor delivery experience led me to give a lower rating.

These guys were so sharp and well spoken /knowledge appropriate.and delivered within less then when they told me.Ask for James!

The Gentlemen who delivered our cooktop were not only professional, they were friendly and engaging. They installed the cooktop professionally and cleaned the area. The "white glove" service is great!

The Quick Communication, replies were appreciated. All in all, I am happy with the New Gas Range installed and working. Excuse the slight misunderstanding about Removal and Installation Services that were to be completed by an alternate contractor.

The entire buy was bad and the delivery was worse. Do not buy here. Every single bit of instructions were none and the drivers told me that I can basically stick the rest up my hoo haw Rude and mean. When I asked about the inspection and check list he said NO. I asked him if he was taking the packaging he said NO you do it.

About 25th of march,called for washer dryer as friend said were great. Took three times longer than told. Most sales people we talked to very rude. Tried to cancel order but no one listened.. Bill at the store called and finally got things fixed. But could not cancel. Finally got here today and we had to pay another $150 for cords, hoses and installation of Washer dryer. Friend told us these guys were great. We will never buy here again. or refer anyone

Update: After several back and forth emails, Brisilda called me and was able to resolve this issue with me. They were able to compensate 20% of the cost of the refrigerator.

Waited 6 weeks for our fridge to arrive after receiving emails it would arrive no later than _______. Then, we would receive an email, "Someone will reach out to you within 5 business days to schedule your delivery." Never happened. I had to follow up countless times because we heard nothing and I was beginning to think we got scammed.

Fridge finally arrives. Dents on the door, side and back. They told us we could replace it or get a discount. Delivery guy called Shop Appliances right away to inform them of the damage. Guy was a jerk to him on the phone. We waited over a month for it, my husband wasn't willing to wait another month (+). Been trying to get this issue resolved ever since. They've ghosted me. They told me they would give 10% back or replace the fridge doors. Nothing for the side and back dents. Told them 10% wasn't enough for how much we've spent and had to go through with this. "I'll talk to Samsung, but they're not going to give you what you want. I'll get back to you." Absolute silence.

DO NOT BUY FROM SHOP APPLIANCES!!!!

I purchased $5000 worth of appliances from this online store December 15th of 2025. It took them 2 weeks to reach out to me for delivery. We live down a dirt road in the Rocky Mountains, where it has a tendency to snow in the season called winter.

They were warned the road was muddy, came and looked at it and after getting to the end of my driveway, they left. I had no opportunity to try and get the appliances.

Be warned, they only deliver once per week. So if you happen to have a vacation planned, they may not be able to deliver for > 60 days after you make the order. If that happens and they deliver you a stovetop that is smashed to bits, they will not accept responsibility for their actions.

I would STRONGLY recommend you do not purchase from this company unless you live on a paved street.

I would STRONGLY recommend you NOT let the crew leave until you have opened every box and inspect the appliances, or you will be screwed.

If I could take my $5k back, I would. It was not worth the hassle of trying to receive a delivery or getting the company to replace the damaged item they left here. 0/5 stars, rural buyer beware.

A negative review is apparently what spurred this company into appropriate action. After posting this and filing a formal complaint with my bank (thank you Capital One), they changed their tune and offered a refund.

After 52 emails and 70 days (155 days from purchase), I was refunded fully for the damaged item I received.

Great communication coordinating delivery and appliance arrived on time. Would recommend based on service

I have been working with Mike for 3 years and he has always been professional and fair in his pricing. We have been happy when our customers are happy!
