Why have you taken £78 out of my Bank account what have ordered because I don't know

My elderly father somehow got hooked into this. He doesn't even what he bought from them. I tried to cancel the "membership" 3 times using the instructions on their website but the charge for $49 kept occurring each month like clockwork. Emailed them directly and they have now supposedly cancelled it and initiated some sort of refund. The charge had been happening since February.

I had called to cancel my subscription at least 6 months ago. Just noticed today I was still being charged a monthly fee. I called again and hopefully that will be the end. Evidently you automatically sign up for a subscription when you order.

Do not buy anything from Shop from Mars. It is a scam. You buy one thing and then every month they kept taking payments and send you nothing, even if you have sent 10 emails to cancel subscription, but they keep taking money. Be warned ⚠️

I just had to close my credit card 3 werks before Christmas because of some bogus charge these scammers tried to run through. Thank goodness my credit card company fraud department caught it. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I bought a product from Shop at Mars on the 16 June for $29.97 and didn’t receive the product till months later and since i have had 5 payment of €49 that have gone out to them since. I have been in contact with Shop at Mars but they have been very rude and dismissive of my questions and requests saying that it is my own fault and that they cant do anything for me. I will never be buying anything from them again, Terrible customer service.

I have not received anything for the money that you have taken out of my account!!! have not received any products from y'all I have twice been charged $36 and one for $39 and I don't understand what for if you can give me an explanation of why you're taking this money out of my account I would appreciate it. Thank you call me at 321-604-6293. I have changed cards so you can't take more money out but I would like to have that money back in a check . I'm on disability and I have little income and that money could be used for something I need thank you

I bought a small product and for 4 months have been charged $49US for a subscription fee. To date I have not received any service for this charge. The registration page also does not say you are going to get charged monthly and they don't give you another option. I have asked for a refund and await! Be careful when purchasing from this company!

This company goes by different names. Beware. Having bought a small item I was surprised that they charged £30 for a membership I didn't ask for.
Having bought another item from what I thought was a different company I was again charged another £38 for presumably another membership. I discover these charges and was enraged.
I however challenged these payments with the company ( believed to be Chinese)
and to my relief/ surprise I gained a full refund. Happy days. So lesson learned, check company before purchase & check your bank account to ensure spurious charges are not being made.

What is wrong with shopatmars is the fraudulent way people visiting the site are tricked in a completely useless "membership" as you call it. Paying fot the privelige of buying is rediculous. This membership is seemingly very difficult to end...the credit card is charged each and every month...

I noticed on my Credit Card a/c that I have been charged $49 for a transaction that I didn't authorize. When converted to AUD it has become $74.08. I have not been able to contact them in regard to this & now that I have read other comments I realize that I am not the only one. Never am I going to buy anything on FB again. It's just too risky.

You need to read their T&Cs carefully as they offer you free deliver for first order, but you are actually signing up to a monthly subscription and if you dont cancel in 14 days you are charged monthly from then on until you cancel. They make their money by scamming you with the monthly subscriptions. fee
Try getting your money back they just refer you to their T&C's .

This company as been billing me for months. The subscription which I cancelled, & they kept on billing me for what I don't know, I've emailed them so many times, no reply from them ever. I'm struggling to get my money back from them. Just wanted to warn everyone they are crooks. Everyone seems to be going through the same issue. Do not give them your custom, how do they get away with this? They don't even deserve one star! There's better companies that are Genuine, & know how to treat customers. Ignore customers because they don't want to refund money back. I will warn my friends about this company. They are professional crooks!!

Scam. I bought lashes which was paid for and delivered. I have now seen another transaction pop up.

Placed an order it has taken them over a month to let me know they cannot fulfil my order only because I contacted them I had not received it then another week in replying. Absolutely shocking service AVOID.order placed Oct 3rd outcome received November 4th.

This company, tries to make charges on your bank account to steal money. I placed an order for magnetic eyelashes from Instagram add. Big mistake! Never received item, then a month later they tried to enter my bank account. But my bank caught it and stopped it. Be ware of ordering anything from social media.

Never, ever use this company; it's a scam. I bought a phone lanyard from them, they have subsequently taken £160 in unauthorised payments from my account.

Effectively, a scam. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Once you’ve ordered something, they take $49 a month from your card. I had to change my card to stop them. It’s in the small print.

I ordered a lanyard for $5.99 from Shop at Mars and it arrived, but I had NO IDEA that I would be charged monthly for a membership! I didn't notice right away either that these charges were coming out so that six dollar lanyard cost me almost $350!!! There's no place to sign in for any so-called "membership" account, and no benefits--neither products nor services or anything else--for having said membership (the first email says it's free). A HARD lesson learned! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT'S A SCAM!!!
