Overall great cashback (when it works) and most of the time pleasant customer services (I enquire with them when something is not tracked).
The -1 star is due to the play zone, some games track for a while and then suddenly stopped, the customer services there (and apparently not part of ShopBack) is not so great in responding, and if it’s only a “partner” with ShopBack maybe it shouldn’t be branded as ShopBack

Doesn't always work on PC even though…
Doesn't always work on PC even though it's turned on and showing green. Was manually reporting missing cashback, it's like a 2nd job getting photos and information. Hasn't tracked none of my May purchases, but it sees clicks. Couldn't be bothered doing all the reports, going back to using Coupert. Least that offers discount codes as well as better tracking.

It’s such great value for money, easy, family beneficial and helps in tougher times. No applications m, experience is second to none.
Excellent program, allows my family to make our money go that bit further in harder times like it has been in the economy and even when not so tough we get good money back for other things that really help and count.
Our biggest use is gift cards from shop back. We purchase our weekly groceries through their gift cards, our weekly fuel, chemist needs for family of 6, the teenagers ask for their favourite shopping clothes stores in gift cards if they are in there which is a great habit for them that learn how they can earn back and spread their money a little further when they live alone some day.
I make use of the extras in points via playing games I do in my free time to relax anyway and they often have 2-3x points for leveled up games, I if have occasional extra funds will purchase gift Cards I know I will use in the future that have 10+ extra x points on certain days or weeks.
Overall I find shop back excellent and have gotten many family and friends as well as even at the shops whilst paying people have asked how it works and for me to show them. Whilst in the stage of home improvement renovations we are also using the Bunnings gift cards a lot or super swap if I need to purchase from a secondary store not on ShopBack and I can use it on their to redeem for another place.

Highly recommend x10 and the payment back in gift cards is so incredibly easy to get, payment option is just as even easy.

No cashback at all with purchase in upsized period
I received no cashback at all for a reasonably large purchase that I waited to make in an upsized to 10% period from eBay that I think I received no cashback for because I got item a bit cheaper with a discount code that I’ve done before with eBay & received cashback for what I paid. I’m just a bit frustrated because I probably wouldn’t have bought the item if I thought I wasn’t getting the 10% cashback of what I paid that doesn’t seem consistent with what has happened previously from the same company

The rate of return was very misleading…
The rate of return was very misleading and falsely led to believe the overall purchase was competitive when calculating outlay less cashback. Terrible experience

I’ve been using ShopBack since 2024 and I’m satisfied ,I have save small amounts from every transactions but when they add up it became significant amount. It’s made me happy to have extra secure money cash backs. It’s like money laundering from my household expenses. The app is easy to use,ShopBack has continued to upgrade and innovate their platform more ways to earn such as games and uploading receipt which I appreciate ,except for the monthly subscription of plus. 🥺
