They took my money and never sent out the product. I’ve waited 120 days now and haven’t received an update from their customer support team. I’ve reached out to them 3 times and each time I get an automated response from their Zendesk Ai. They do not care. They will take your money and never ship product. And there’s nothing you can do except shell out more cash to get a small claims lawyer involved. Awful, awful people.

I ordered glasses back in May of 2024, it is now September, and I still have not received my glasses. I have emailed their customer support on multiple occasions and receive the same message every time, that shipping has been delayed but the product has been sent out. The tracking number shows that they arrived at LAX in June but no movement since then and the tracking number is now expired. I know the likelihood of receiving a refund is slim based on other reviews.

Order # 190355 ordered in May of 2024 as of August 2024 NO PRODUCT ignored emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Checked the tracking and the tracking EXPIRED because of no activity or movement for 30 days. BIG SCAM

The glasses broke in a month and they send they will not replace.

I placed an order for sunglasses in February 2023 and it is now late June 2023 and have not received the item. I’ve sent 5 follow up emails and have not received a response. Even if the company is having a fulfillment issue, it should be addressed and relayed to the customer rather than not responding. 4 months approaching 5 for sunglasses to be delivered?

Glasses did take around 10 days to arrive, which I've learnt is to be expected when goods ship from China. Wore them for London to Brighton cycle and they were perfect, lenses were dark and wide enough suitable for those with a larger head

Been waiting for my sunglasses for weeks, their customer support replied to my first email and then never followed up with any of my other attempts at reaching out. Very frustrating.

Absolute scam. Paid 10USD. Still waiting since 1.5months ago to receive one pair of sunglasses.

They sent a link to track a parcel. Every time I click through I get “no tracking ID found message.”.

Tried to contact them twice still haven’t had a reply back.

They are still actively running ads on IG offering free products then trying to upsell you more so someone has to be paying that bill. This store needs to be closed down. They are definitely a scam.

Total scam. They took my money for shipping of 'free' sunglasses. It has now been 6+ weeks since they supposedly shipped and the tracking number says they remain 'in transit'. These sunglasses are never coming. I'm looking into further action I can take against this company. Don't get scammed like the rest of us did.

no shipping number, no tracking number, card was charged, yet i get nothing. Been a while since i ordered. Nothing has shown up. don’t buy from these scammers.

Glasses 'in transit' for 2 months....absolute scam

They gave me a generic response about shipment delay too. But they did arrive! I wasn't too happy with the product though, since the polarized lenses were all misaligned. If you order unpolarized, free sunglasses offer could be worth it.

total scam, ordered 3 weeks ago, won't give me any intel on weather they coming or not. glasses have been "in transit" for 3 weeks. just look at the rest of these reviews or even the IG comments. don't but !

So the delivery was a bit lenghty at 4 days but when i got the glasses they were actually pretty amazing quality. Better than my raybans. I went to specsavers to see if they are actually polarized and they were ! Which is amazing for this price. Definietely grabbing another pair soon

SCAM ALERT!!!
placed an order after a week I asked for my tracking number.. this was the reply:
"Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. We appreciate that you’d like some clarification around the shipping details for your order.
We can confirm that your sunglasses have been shipped out and are on their way to you now.

Our email system sometimes experiences a delay, but you should receive your unique Tracking ID in the next few business days."

Yeah if my glasses shipped and are on there way then where is my tracking number?? its now been 2 weeks and when I asked for the tracking number I got the same generic response...
