Great clothing but unable to wear most styles of underwear with the clothing. Horrible customer service, would not recommend this site mainly due to this. The website clearly states that the items can be returned. The sizes of the models and size chart is also not true to size and fit. The site does not organize courier services for their returns or exchanges, but they state that they can assist with a quote. I filled out the form and sent an email as well as requested a quote. Their staff clearly doesn't know their own returns and exchanges policy. As I had to send numerous emails in order to get their attention to approve the exchange. And the email response I got back was no help and just wanted to know why they haven't gotten the parcel yet, again without approving the exchange and not providing a quote for the courier. They also do not a contact number that increased the difficulty of trying to find a courier service and deliver the items to them. Its been such an unnecessary and inconvenient hassle to try and get these items sent back to them, especially because its well known that the majority of people do not have a business account with a courier service which increases the difficulty to courier an item as well as the price of it. Hoping I will get my exchanged items in the correct size and never have to order from them again.

Ordered 2 teddy coats from you already. I absolutely love it, the material is soft and warm and the belt detail on the back makes it even more stylish ... The pockets are kind of in an awkward place... Maybe to make a slight adjustment with the placement of the pockets...
