Had received my item torn, which was not my fault then the hassle/admin of having to return and source out my own delivery guy and pay for the exchange is just too much and such an inconvenience.

Received my order way earlier than i expected ( purchased during the holidays and they closed, but I received my order before their back to business date)

On placing an order, I selected my home address as shipping address as I do with all my online orders instead, my parcels were sent to a Pargo Centre. When I enquired why this was done, their customer support had the nerve to tell me that I selected that option.

Firstly, I do not shop at the store nor the Centre where my parcels were sent. Secondly, I did not even know that the store has a parcel counter or whatever they call it with Pargo or any other courier services. Lastly, when we got to the store in question, it had a strong stench of dirty cooking oil which hits as one enters, and the people were not totally clued up on the process and neither did it look like the parcel was in a secure place as the lady who was helping me took it from under the counter.

As an experienced online shopper and first time buying from Brett Robson, I’m greatly disappointed with their response when I enquired why the parcels were not delivered at my door step as indicated.

RB customer support saying I selected Pargo depot while I know for a fact I didn’t, indicates weaknesses in their system and the high risk of possible fraud because anyone can effect changes.

The clothes is amazing and such good quality, but the logistics was a nightmare. It took almost 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive. I ordered products on the same day as this order from overseas and it arrived 2 days before this order. I think that's ridiculous.

The service was great!. I had no struggles, shopping on your website.

The lady at clicks limpopo mall was rude to me when I went to collect. The bodysuit is definitely not shop brett Robson quality I've had better clothing from you guys. I love the skirt it fits perfectly love the material too.

I ordered the item in the glazed ginger colour and instead I got sent the pinecone

I've been a Brett customer for about 2 years (if not more) now and never have i been dissatisfied or disappointed. quality products and great service and the cutest packaging ever.

Such a quick turnaround time once ordered & the colour of the garment is exactly as advertised. Fit is quite snug but looks beautiful. Can be dressed up with heels and some pretty jewelry or dressed down with some sandals and a chunky bag. Great piece in my cupboard!
